CONTINENTAL PUBLIC ADJUSTERS
About us
We are Public Insurance Adjusters that represent the Policyholder. Our sole responsibility, unlike that of the insurance company adjuster, is to advocate for the policyholder. Our mission is to help the policyholder achieve the best insurance settlement possible in the event of a residential or commercial property loss. We have settled thousands of property insurance claims and have been in the Industry for over 30 years. We have worked both sides, the first 13 years for the insurance companies and now exclusively for You, the Policyholder. We handle any covered loss that results from fire, lightning, wind, water vandalism theft, collapse, hail, flood etc. The standard contingency fee is 10% and if you don't get paid, we don't get paid.

Our insurance company refused to honor our claim. Mike took control, did the necessary paperwork, and followed up regularly. When there was no response from the insurance company, Mike turned the matter over to one of his recommended attorneys, who sued on my behalf in a contingency arrangement (it cost me nothing unless the attorney was successful).
The insurance company has now offered to settle and we are in negotiation. The experience with Mike has been 100% positive. I would recommend him without hesitation.
"Typically our fee is 10% of the entire claim. In this Homeowner's case, we were hired to reopen the claim after it had already been closed and previously paid and settled. When we are hired to pursue a supplemental claim such as this, we charge up to 20 % of the additional amount that we collect, as it involves a lot more time and effort as apposed to being hired at the onset of the claim. Inevitably, we were successful in obtaining more moneys for Member."
