Bought the $99 special and in fact they did such a good job I actually walked past my own car when I came to pick it up. The ladies at the front desk are great and also follow up days later to make sure I was happy. I had to lower their mark for professionalism due to a man they brought over to price PDR in addition to the detail. He declined to give me a quote of any kind, then went on the show me everything that was wrong with the body of the car and was very denegegrating to it. I asked about having the headlights cleaned and he said "it would be cheaper to replace them". To my surpirse, they were clear as new when I picked up the car! Clearly Auto Tech and Body would prefer a late model luxury car to a 10 year old Scion to work on, but they did a fine job after all.

When i first went for a quote, I spoke with JR there and he gave me a reasonable quote which was a bit less than the quote i received at BMW dealership and promised a one-day turnaround for the work. I called back about a week later to schedule to bring my car in and JR said just bring it in on Thurs evening and he would get it back to me by end of business on Saturday. When I got there, he said he didn't order the parts because I didn't put down a deposit and almost made it seem like I should have known that. So we went out and he said he would order the parts right away and still be able to turn around the work by the original promised time (Saturday before close). He went to the back room to order them and then came back out to advise that the splash guard was $100 more than the original quote. After the labor and everything were added together, the quote from them came out to be about the same as the one I received from BMW (and they didn't give me a loaner car either when i first dropped off). But since I owned a small business before, I decided to stick with them for my service. I called to check up on Friday and they said everything was fine and that I should still be getting my car back by the time they close at 2pm on Saturday. When I still didn't get a call about my car at noon on Saturday, I called and spoke to JR again. He said my wheels were still out and they wouldn't be able to get it to me until Monday. He didn't offer a rental car or anything so I told him I had to pickup my parents whom where coming in town for the holidays so he finally agreed to give me a loaner (an old Chevy Malibu for exchange of my BMW M3 convertible). On Monday, I still didn't get any calls from JR and called him again around noon, he said it would be ready later in the afternoon and he would call me. Again, no call so I called again at 2 and 4 and each time was told it is still not ready but to continue to wait. Finally, i called again at 530 since they close at 6 and this time he said they AGAIN wouldn't be able to make on their commitment and said my car should be ready on Tuesday "by lunch time" but didn't give me a specific time. I had plans for the holidays with my folks in town that now had to be changed because I had to stick around waiting for a call to get my car. I finished my lunch on Tuesday at 1230 and decided to call JR again to find out what the status is since I still didn't get any calls from him all morning and this time, he said it was finally ready. The work done on my car looked decent but my experience as a customer was very poor. I told JR that I was very unsatisfied with the multiple missed promises and delays and that I would give them an opportunity to give me some kind of discount or something to salvage what was a very poor customer experience. He was not open to this idea so I guess my future business was not that important to him. I guess BMW will be happy at least.

They did a fantastic job! They were very professional and thorough. The waxed it tremendously, and the car looked better when I left than it did when I drove it out of the show room! They way they treat the clientele is just terrific as well.

Excellent experience. Very professional. Gave estimate written when we drove in . Price was fair compared to other local estimates. When car brought in , work was done on time and quality was excellent. Would use them again

The service was great. It's a great facility. They get the work right, first time. My interactions with them was excellent. The work turned out excellent. The expenses were normal. It came out to what they said it would be.

Used an Angie's list coupon for $29 to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Also brought my son's car in for a complete check of the air conditioning to see what it would take to get it working. They were very thorough. I am scheduling time for them to fix the air conditioning in my son's car. I was happy with the service provided.

It is ran by a licensed engineer. They are licensed by Lamborghini to paint as well. They are definitely really good.

They were professional, responsive, and they did quality work. They were pretty good about delivering on what they estimated time wise and stuff.

Coupon was deceiving. I bought to fix a specific problem for the interior of my car. When I presented it they said it was for body work only. No where in the Angie's list page or on the voucher itself mention that. They did a decent job but a bit disappointed.

Not well. they said they split the cost with me but I did not feel I should be responsible.

They were great, answered all of my questions, and did a good job with the maintenance work.

They did a decent job on my car. Interior was vacuumed and cleaned well. Exterior had numerous placed where they had miss removing the wax. I missed most of them myself, but every time I would clean a spot someone was pointing out another place missed. No big deal. Engine was cleaned up which was nice. My disappointments were in the change in price and that items like mild scratches (like where keys dangle by the key locks) did not get cleaned up. This was a "Big Deal". I did a night drop. I was called the next day by Auto Tech asking if I could come out to sign some papers and that the rate for a SUV is 30 bucks more. The deal only mentions luxury cars cost more. So went I went out and paid the difference and signed the papers, she explained to me that the Big Deal was wrong and they contacted Angie's list to correct it. I spoke with Angie's list they said no one has mentioned that to them. The price really was not that big of a deal and the price was still acceptable, I am just concerned when after-the-fact the rates start to increase. They do give you a nice key ring at the end of the service.

I took my car to them for an insurance inspection which they did a great job on, and then I left a light on in my car which ran the battery down, and they charged it for hours for free! Very refreshing, and they were very nice. I dealt with Debbie and she was so friendly. Very comfortable office also.

The manager was very sweet and offered to go the dealer with me. It was a total snow job. He kept adding items to the job, insisting that the appearance was very important. The cost of the job he offered was dishonest. I ended up rescheduling the job, and I checked the Kelley Blue Book and discovered his dishonesty. When I checked the Kelley Blue Book ratings, I discovered that difference between a car in good condition and one in excellent condition was $200. He was going to charge me $1,000 for a job that wouldn't make a difference on a car I intended to sell. If I'm going to sell their car, why would I need a 10-year guarantee? The worst part was that I trusted him; it was a betrayal.

I stayed at the business while work was done: Very pleasant atmosphere and staff. All services appreciated.

EXCELLANT SERVICE...DETAILED FORD EXPLORER (ADDITIONAL CHARGE $30 FOR SUV), ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR LEATHER CONDITIONING ($80)...all well worth costs... Time was about 6 hours...waited for car in a/c reception...free coffee...completed most of my reading material for last month. Will use their service again.
