Description of Work: I brought a $20 discount coupon I bought from Angie's,,,made appt, they took 1 1/2 HR TO CALL ME, then charged me $30 more dollars and a brake light without telling me...when i asked why didn't they take my coupon of $20 which included inspection ( not performed) she told me that my car took 7 quartz of oil,,,last time I bought my car and many many oil changes i know it only takes 5 quartz,, i paid the extra $30 plus $16 for ,,,a brake light?,,,,crooks! |I am not a confrontational person and i was really tired of waiting,,,they did not honor my buy from you.

Hello Ms. [Member Name Removed], We profusely apologize for this incident! No excuses. I wish you brought it to our attention. We promise you, this was not intentional.. We would never want to double bill you or anyone else for that matter. As for the inspection report and the light bulbs. it is in your folder- there are notes that we didn't have your 90 k maintenance since we didn't have in our system. Please see attached a copy of the full report of the inspection including the 2 light bulbs along with the full refund check for $ 45.39. We charged $5.75 per bulb and no labor because Mr. [Member Name Removed] is a customer of ours. We understand that you may not be confrontational but the fact that a customer service representative made a mistake. It would have been great just to remind her because this was an innocent mistake. We are individuals of integrity. We take our jobs seriously and we honor our customers just like we honor all of our employees. We tried to contact you on your phone number we have from the service (car detail on your beautiful 2008 Smart Car) performed back on April 15, 2014 and hard luck, the phone number supplied 954-261-3811 is not set up to accept messages. The service performed that time including the following: Wash Exterior To remove surface Dirt, Remove the old wax with a clay bar, Compound to the exterior paint of the vehicle, Wax applied by hand to the vehicle, Vehicle washed and the exterior is glazed with a glazing compound, The interior is vacuumed, Clean the windows and surfaces, Detail Vehicle Wheels and tires. Tire dressing applied to the tires. Vacuumed the carpets in the trunk and inside the car. Our notes show that the day you picked up the vehicle, you were happy and had no concern and on the 17th at 5:03 pm, our customer service rep- Marys- contacted you and these were her notes: spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Was impressed by our service. Will use us in the future. Mr. [Member Name Removed], your confidence in us means the world to us. We are here to fix anything that we may have done wrong by you. Please contact us so that we can try to communicate with you and earn your business again. We apologize for the inconvenience. We also offered you to drop off the vehicle and that we will try to have it detailed by the 6th and you didn't like that either. We are sorry that you drive quiet a distance and were disappointed that we weren't able to take your vehicle in immediately. We try to be respectful of every one's time and we value every customer. We just didn't want to lower our quality of service to accommodate multiple "detail services". Description of Work: Car detailing, which I thought looked great....until I got hoe and saw an area by the roof antenna that looked like it had bubbles on it. I took the car back the next business day and was told by their customer rep that the bubbles were because the car had been repainted by the dealer and they left it dirty, which caused the bubbles. These were just in a rectangular area about 2"x3". Now, I bought the car brand new (it's just 2 years old) and I've washed it and waxed it many times and never saw bubbles or any problems with the paint job. I gues I'll just live with the problem that my car bow has, but I won't use this vendor again...
