UPDATE: I went to another mechanic to have my alignment look at for the 3rd time shortly after this review. The mechanic showed me an alignment printout after he realigned all 4 tires properly; they were SEVERELY misaligned. Apparently, the alignment machine at Auto Tech and Body may not be calibrated, throwing off the correct numbers. After the 2nd mechanic fixed the alignment, the shaking decreased considerably (next to none). However, during the time between the first alignment and the final alignment, all 4 of my tires became bald on certain edges and need to replace all 4 of my brand new tires because of Auto Tech and Body's mess. Today (12/9/2015), I had a flat tire and when AAA came to replace it with the spare, apparently 3 of the 4 bearing bolts were cross threaded (tire not properly screwed on when Auto Tech & Body replaced the tire for a new one) and now I need to 1) replace the bearing bolts and 2) buy 4 new tires. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with one mechanic shop. They did refund the charge for the 2nd alignment (shouldn't have been charged to begin with), and I doubt they will replace all 4 tires and the bearing bolts for no charge. Based on this experience, I will NOT have them touch my car again even if it is free of charge. Use them at your own risk. ______ Purchased 2 synthetic oil changes at this location in hopes of securing a trustworthy and quality mechanic. Chose this location based on the positive reviews on quality of service and overall prices. Underwhelmed by both and will not return to fulfill the synthetic oil change coupons because of the poor outcome. How difficult is it to properly conduct an alignment? Inflated body work estimates and long waiting times in the morning. Lost my business, and my husbands, and will not refer any friends or family members to this location. As a result of this poor experience with this vendor, I will likely discontinue my subscription to Angie's List. Reviews may very well be saturated with biased opinions.

Good job overall with the body work and happy with the ionization of the interior. Helped with the smell. The interior detail was okay but they didn't use a brush to clean out the interior air vents. It wasn't quite what I would call an true interior detail. They just shampooed the carpets and cleaned the surfaced with a regular cloth. One of the techs didn't really know what he was talking about when he looked at the leather however the owner of the shop did. I would advise the techs not to open their mouths when speaking with customers if they are idiots. Besides the interior "detail" which was more of cleaning and I wasn't in the mood to battle with them, I was happy with the body work and overall service.

Service was 1/2 off at the $100 fee with the purchased coupon. They did try to up sell from the coupon, but we stuck to our guns. What they did was an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Auto Tech was incredibly professional and helpful. They called daily with progress reports on my vehicle. I will use them again in the future for any auto-related services that I need.

I've been using Auto Tech and Body for a couple of years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And I've been to multiple auto repair shops. Auto Tech and Body is honest. They have a wonderful front office staff - very professional. Their waiting area is super comfortable and clean and they have WiFi. All of the services I have received were explained and showed to me before they commenced work. I have both a Porsche 911 and Honday Odyssey van (two kids) and service both cars here. Recently we were preparing to take a trip and they fit me in on the morning we were leaving. Thank goodness they did as I found out that the rear brakes were shot and the rear tires were splitting. They showed me everything and although I came in only for an oil change and rotation, I'm grateful that they found these issues and I feel much safer taking a trip with my family.

Went well, timely service, had to drop auto off in morning & pick up @ 4 PM. A bit inconvenient, but they did a great job and excellent follow up!

When I drove home from the shop, I could only imagine that my car Had been taken care of lovingly. There was not a speck of dust Anywhere, and it had a beautiful shine It looked better than new! I'm thrilled!

This is truly a great place to take your auto for detailing and service. The ladies at the desk are such a delight, and make sure you feel right at home. Their excellent customer service assured me right off that I was going to receive great service and not have any issues. My car looks fantastic!! I am very pleased with the work done and wish I lived closer as I would take my care there for regular auto servicing. Would recommend this establishment 100%

It went very well. Made the appointment. Went in to have the vehicle serviced. After about 5 hours the vehicle was complete and looking absolutely fantastic. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this provider to any of my friends or relatives.

White Honda looks great. Removed all the Exterior stains and discoloration. Shampooed Carpets look great. Every nook and cranny of interior was cleaned. Great job. Highly recommended

They did an outstanding job of detailing my car - it looks and smells like new! The whole process of dealing with this company was seamless and professional, They lived up to their claims, and did what they promised they would in the time they said. I will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them.

Dealing with Auto Tech is always a pleasure. They do great work at a fair price and always treat you as if you are the most important person in the world!

They didn't over charge me. They got me in and out very quickly and were very pleasant.

The issue for me was the rental car provided. The car was given to me with a blown headlight and tail light. I was pulled over that night for an unsafe vehicle and was given a warning citation by the local police. When I addressed the matter with the shop the next morning they assured me that the lights worked when I left the shop and still required me to pay for the rental.

They are very courteous, on time, and polite.

I really liked them at first. They were very nice. They were accomodating and gave me a discount because I'm an Angie's List member. Then a few months later, my alternator went out. At that point, they wanted me to send it to them, and I didn't think that was possible. They questioned whether or not it really was my alternator. The person they had me talk to, was not even employed by them when my car was in their shop. My car still is not fixed. I didn't like the way I was treated by someone who never saw my car.

He took us in the same day that we called and we appreciated the fast service, however I felt like it was too pricey. I feel like I could have gotten a better deal had I shopped around a little more.

They did a great job in a timely way. They kept me informed of the how it was going and arranged for a rental car. Very, very professional organization.

I HAD EXPLAINED ORIGINALLY RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE OF THE DEAL I HAD GONE IN FOR SPINAL SURGERY AND AFTER THAT I MOVED TO THE WEST COAST OF FL. I HAD ASKED IF I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME OVER THAT WAY IF THEY WOULD HONOR THE DEAL THEY REFUSED SAYING THEY HAD NO WAY NO VERIFY IT WAS EVER PURCHASED BACK THEN. I TOLD THEM I HAD PROOF, THEY DIDNT CARE.

Very professional company. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and take the time to explain and answer any question.

Once again blown away by the service. My 2009 Audi A4 Quattro looks like a showroom car. Great customer service, professional services and outstanding quality. Just wish they were closer to my home in Coral Springs. Will be back for sure!
