I took advantage of a special deal for a complete detailing: wash and wax, including cleaning of engine compartment, and wheels. The car looked like brand new when I got it back. I wouldn't have paid the "retail value" of $300, but for $99, I was very happy. The facilities are first rate and the staff is very professional and friendly. I was offered a complimentary service inspection also, which I declined.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. I was reminded that they need the car for about 5 hours. They offered a car rental for the day if needed. When I picked up my car it looked great! They did everything that they advertised. I was a bit disappointed - but not their fault. I recently traveled the turnpike and had a lot of bug splatter across the hood and grill of my car. I was told that the enzymes (or something like that) from the dead bugs damages the paint and they tried their best to remove them. So now I don't know what to do to get that fixed.

This is the fifth time I have used Auto Tech and Body Repair for auto services. They are first class from start to finish. The body work was done as specified and for the price quoted. Communication was excellent. They assisted in setting up a rental car. Work was done on time. And they washed the car and applied tire shine before returning it back to me. I would definitely use them again.

They have 30 years of experience and they are fabulous. They are extremely professional and very courteous. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

I tried to get the attention of my local Suzuky Dealer but they were too busy taking care of their Hunday clients as this is a multi brand dealer. After more than 1/2 hours of waiting to get their attention, they just said "Have your car towed in and we will see what it has". They would not offer nor refer me a good towing service.Not knowing who would be able to help me I went to Angies List.The description by other clients of Auto Tech Body and Shop was the best I had ever seen from an independent repair shop. It looked to good to be true but I decided to give it a shot.It was really close to my home, so I called them on monday morning.Debbie answered the phone and inmediatly made me feel at ease.She had a tow truck at my door in less than 20 minutes, a very professional and knowledgable Tow Truck operator that made me feel as if my old Suzuky was a brand new Bentley.In 20 minutes Debbie called me again and informed me that the car had arrived to the facility. Thy would diagnose it and call me back within two hours.A very professional gentleman, German Rodriguez, called me back and explained what needed to be done with the clutch. I told him then about the loss of motor oil and he also explained to me what was happened with the gasket and then he proceeded to review the whole car inspection they had done and his suggestion therefore to change the belts and air filter.He told me everything that was well too, item by item, and gave me an exact estimate of the work that needed to be performed. I approved it by phone and they told me it should be ready by the end of the next day. The work was perfect and ready when prommissed.I am so glad to have found an extraordinary car care place so close to my home. Thanks Angie!!!

They were very, very good. They came out and talked to you. They told you anything you needed to know about your car. They were marvelous. I found them to be very honest and very caring.

I tried making my apppointment at the beginning of the month and they were booked for weekend appointments until after my coupon expired. When I explained that I was not able to get my car serviced during the week due to the distance of their location, my work schedule, and had a limited time before my coupon expired; they were so courteous that they fit me in on their first available appointment and were flexible - taking my coupon after it expired. I was leaving for a trip the next day, and I needed my oil changed, so I asked if they could perform that even though I had not scheduled it. They performed all services without hesitation. Since I had to wait on my car and the service lasted almost six hours, they graciously ordered pizza and shared it with myself and other customers waiting. Although they were on the pricey side for the oil change, it helped me out without having to go to the dealership. Their professionalism and courtesy were so outstanding that I will highly recommend them to any and all, not to mention going back to them again... They are well worth the trip.

I dropped off my car and was advised it would take 5 hours. I expected this since the description made it sound like it would take that long anyway. Since it is a auto detailing I can only review the results of the detailing. The car came back to me looking like it was brand new. Everything about the car shined (interior and exterior). I was also impressed that they cleared my headlights too. I noticed it was significantly clearer and not "yellowish". Also, when I popped the hood just to check I noticed they cleaned the engine bay. Again, impressed. The person on the front desk was very delightful and was able to answer random questions I asked about their services. Also, when I received my car they had a print out (including quotes) on what they noticed that needed attention. There was no pressure to have the service done there. I will definitely go back to experience how their maintenance and repair side works.

the staff was very informative, professional and pleasant. They took care of all the paperwork, the insurance work, they followed up on us with updates on the car and when we picked up the Lexus, car was shiny and beautiful. they went above and beyond the call of duty because they inspected the car mechanically and told us that car needed an oil change (which my daughter new but didn't want to spend the money)- when I okayed it and they filled up the fluids.... I highly recommend Auto Tech and Body to all my family and friends.

The staff in the customer waiting room were all very cheerful and helpful. I knew the process was going to take 4-5 hours so I waited in their waiting area until my friend came to pick me up. While I was there every person on the staff who passed through the room said hello. When I picked my car up it looked WONDERFUL. I am very pleased. I believe that their primary business is car mechanics and body work. They give a free wash when you have something done there. I was very impressed. My car looks like new.

I called for an appointment, and when I arrived was taken care of immediately. My car was looked at by two employees, one being the manager of the body shop. An estimate was provided quickly, and actual repair cost less than the estimate. The work done was to perfection, and car was returned detailed and on time.

Ha to wait abot 2 1/2 huors for j ob to be done.

I received two quotes and was very impressed with the staff and location. I chose the lower quote and rented a car from Auto Tech. First, the car was 10 years old and had many miles, not to mention the rental price was comparable to larger establishments who provide later model cars. At the end of the day, I received a call saying that the quote was no longer valid because after the tech. saw the damage they could not do it for that price. My question is why quote, if you are not going to hold to your price. I told them I would pick up my truck which I did that same day. I was expecting them to comp. me for the car due to there mishap, but they actually took my $25.00 and told me that I am more than welcome to come back. I decided to go somewhere else. I was unhappy that I received a quote, wasted time and received a old car. Auto Tech needs to stand by there quotes.

They are very good. Everybody is so friendly and is very honest. Their price is very reasonable. They answer all my questions. I am very happy with them and I have referred all my friends there.

Seamless and perfect in all respects (I have no affiliation with this business. These people are complete strangers to me). I took advantage of the Angies List Bid Deal detailing for $99.00. I paid an extra $50 for interior detailing and $30 for an oil change. They also have rental cars available for $25, which I took advantage of. I cant say enough positive things: 1. They scheduled me the same day I called 2. The inside of my car looked like a dumpster - dog hair everywhere, dirty floor mats, 4 year old popcorn under the seats, spills on the seats, soda sprayed on the interior and ceiling of the car... you get the picture (Im definately not a car guy). 3. The car had never been waxed. 4. The front desk staff, expecially Chadia and May (probably incorrect spelling) were outstanding - they knew the details and operated with efficiency. 5. I got my car back on time - and it looked like a different car! They got it all, inside and out!!! Auto Tech is absolutely on my "refer family and friends" list. In closing, I'm trying to find something to complain about.... oh yeah, they misspelled my first name.... but everyone does that! A job well done Auto Tech - probably worth twice the price.

Every thing was done in a timely manner, the personnel in the front office was exceptionally nice and very friendly.

It was a wonderful experience from my initial contact via phone until we picked up the car. We initially took the car to a Toyota dealer to have this relatively minor damage fixed and received two quotes; one for $1617.45 and a second for $1220.27. We found Auto-Tech & Body on Angie's list and decided to call. After explaining what we needed repaired, they said they would give us an immediate quote if we brought the car in. We arrived at ~4:30pm and the car was immediately looked at as promised. We received a quote for the repair from the manager, Jay, who attempted to repair the damage while I waited! Unfortunately, they had to order a part and we were able to pick up the car the next day. The repair exceeded our expectations and our total bill was $387.61 (WE SAVED 68-76%!). Everyone we encountered was happy, professional, and personal. The waiting area was very clean with fresh coffee available. As a woman, I have never had a pleasant auto repair experience where I did not leave feeling taken advantage of until this repair was done. I will definitely return here for future service and recommend them to my friends and family!

The reception staff is wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. I was quoted a price for the work to be performed. When I came in to do the work a higher price was quoted but they begrudgingly agreed to do the work for the originally quoted price. So far so good. After the work was completed I found that there were gaps where the new carpet joined the old, there were rips in the carpet where they cut around the seat and that the carpet was frayed around the edge where it met the floor vents. The carpet was extremely thin and flimsy compared to the factory original. The carpet also had air space around the curves of the the floor but they claimed that this was because I went with the cheaper carpet instead of the contoured carpet from Honda. The advisor told me that they still have my old carpet and would gladly install it back in the car and not charge me. When I looked interested he then said he would just charge me for material. He told me that the materials came to $270 so the refund would be $30!!! In addition there were fresh gouges in the paint on the door sill and the plastic moldings. The advisor insisted that this was caused by closing the door on the seat belt but I know this isn't true. First of all the scratch marks go in every direction. If it were cause by the door they would only go in the direction of the door closing. Secondly, my vehicle is a pickup and the seat belt sits high so it is unlikely that it would fall down to the door sill. Thirdly, I wasn't even looking for those marks. They jumped up at me. If they were there for so long I would have notice. And lastly, you can easily tell they were all new. If it was from the seat belt, some of those scratches would have looked older. The advisor got very belligerent and it was obvious that I wasn't going to get anywhere. The wheel repair, though far from perfect, looked okay but now my car has a terrible shake. Hopefully a wheel balance will fix that. Another expense for me.

I drive a 2010 Toyota Rav-4. Earlier this year, I had not 1 but 2 parking lot "incidents" just 2 weeks apart (who put those Columns there when I wasn't looking...?), both of which caused some considerable cosmetic damage to my vehicle. Finally, after obtaining quotes from the dealership, as well as 3 other body shops, I was given an estimate at Auto Tech that was lower than all but one of the other shops. Of course, dealership was the highest, at $2,300 approx. But I liked the people at Auto Tech, even tho' I didn't know anyone personally who had used their services. So it wasn't the estimate that was the determining factor. Instead, I decided to trust my instincts and, of course, reports on Angies List. Although there are some B ratings, I am sure that it is a difficult business and not easy to please all. My own experience was completely positive. As a woman, I always feel at a disadvantage when I have to bring my vehicle in for any work other than an oil change! That was never the case at Auto Tech. The facility is really beautifully run. The folks behind the counter are polite, friendly and helpful. Really an amazing experience. The work area, which they escorted me through, is remarkably neat and clean. I brought the car in on Monday. They said if they could obtain the replacement part, that I should have the car on Thursday. They missed that by only 1 day and my car was ready by early afternoon on Friday. In the interim, they called me to tell me status of the repairs. I did not have to chase them to ask about the car's readiness. There was a lot of damage on 2 areas of the car from 2 separate occurrences, and that meant plenty of painting and time to dry, so I was very happy with the time in which they did the repairs. Elsewhere I was told from 1 week to 2 weeks. The only thing I might not do again is take an in-house car rental, as I prefer to drive a newer vehicle from one of the local rental agencies. However, the in-house rental, although an older car, is clearly more convenient than running back and forth between the garage and a rental agency.

We came into the reception and was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist and then we were introduced to Brett who is our estimator. Brett was WONDERFUL! He really listened to my son and really guided him well on what would look well on the truck but be cost efficient. Brett is passionate about his job and it showed. Later Brett would call and give us an update on how the truck was doing and even suggested a more cost efficient way to do a particular job. WE ARE HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Overall their attention to detail and professional service was the best I have every received, having lived in south florida for 50 years I have never found another service company with such great service

I walked into Auto Tech and Body to be welcomed by their pleasant receptionist. She asked me what I wanted and had one of their service consultant speak with me. Within minutes, I had an estimate in my hand but I opted to rent a car on the spot (yes, they have their own rental car service), drop off my husband's Mercedes to start repairs immediately. I received a couple of calls to update me on the process/ status of repairs during the 3 day repair period. I picked up the car and I was so pleased by the way the car looked! this shop really cares about the customer and their cars. they are passionate about what they do and are proud to inform their customers the different awards an accolades this shop got. This was an enjoyable experience and my husband was glad I didn't buy him another tie or suitcase!

what an experience. I have purchased few cars in my lifetime and was anxious to share the car buying experience with my friend. To my surprise, no hassle, no car sales gimmick... the whole experience was pleasant, very straightforwards, smooth and no surprises. The whole time, we were informed of prices, of possibilities of purchasing the car via auction (if it wasn't on the lot)... I now know where to go if I want to trade in my car!
