My 5 year old CRV looked like it was just coming out of the showroom when the job was complete. I am very impressed. Will definitely highly recommend and go back in the future.

This is a different kind of Auto repair and cleaning shop, more in the japanese model. The lobby is nicely done and the people behind the desk are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable, this are plus where the work is done is clean and orderly and the staff Jay and Chadia are wonderful and truly know the meaning of customer care and satisfaction. I you want a wonderful auto experience instead of what you usually get at the dealer or other private shops try Auto Tech & Body you will be pleasantly surprised!!!

They did a good job. They got me in and was able to service the vehicle accordingly. I would use there service in the future.

It was a pleasant experience. Auto Tech and Body made me look good for referring my neighbor to a good mechanic.

We had the Angie's list deal for $99, had to pay the extra fee for a big car but they informed us and we were fine with it. The service was great, dropped it off on time and they were expecting us. Make sure to inform us that it was at least a 5 hour service so we just dropped off the truck. They took a bit longer because they did a complementary inspection and reported the results back to us in person when they called to let us know it was ready. The trucked looked new and it was SUPER dirty when we took it in. We would totally pay full price and take it to them again. Update: After a few days we took a closer look at the car when it was sunshine outside and saw that the car had scratched polish marks allover the car from beeing machine buffed and not hand waxed. its so sad because we were so excited about the good job they seam to have done ;-(

The facility is new and a comfortable environment was provided. The staff was friendly and professional. When my car was ready it was brought around and parked in front of the building. I then paid my bill & was given a receipt for the service with recommendations. One was to replace the battery cables. Since my car was brought to the front for pick up, I assumed that meant at my earliest convenience & not immediately. The next day my battery died in a busy rainy shopping center & when I called AAA, they determined that I had a cracked battery which needed to be replaced. I was disappointed that Auto Tech & Body didn't inspect the battery's condition more throughly & inform me of the urgency of the situtation.

All went well.

The waiting room was nice and the receptionist was friendly. The service itself went well. The only issue I had was a person who owned a Mercedes was parked in the handicapped parking (illegally). When the service technician pulled my car out, it had blocked the Mercedes in. That person was getting louder while asking who parked there and was threatening to tow the vehicle. I did not realize at the time that he was speaking about my car. The office personnel were frantically moving about trying to please this angry guy. Finally a service technician moved my car and the receptionist told me that my car was ready. The problem with this situation is that I believe it was the owner of the place getting mad and threatening to tow my car. Just when I thought I found a nice, friendly location in Fort Lauderdale to service my car, I'm reminded that it only takes one person to foul any experience.

I had the oil change and 27 point inspection. There is an extra charge for synthetic oil. I was told the 27 point inspection found nothing amiss but did not receive a check list record of what was inspected or any kind of detail about what was observed. The waiting room and work facility is clean a organized and it is a nice touch that they wash your car for you before they return it.

I bought the big deal ($99) for a full auto detailing of the car. I called them and scheduled the service, and everything was included. They were very professional, and were accurate with their ETA (about 5 hours) for completion. The job they did was incredible, the detailing and cleaning was superb. They even cleaned out the engine compartment, all of the dust, leaves, and grime. They also have a special where for $12 they will replace your windshield wipers with new water resistant wipers. The big deal covered everything, and all I owed them after the job was completed was $5 to cover tax. I recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

Everyone who worked there was courteous and professional. The technician made excellent recommendations. The work was great and delivered on time.

The shear expense is enough 67.00 for brake fluid for a 430.00 break job. Don't aask for the owner they just say "its a corporation" like it mystery. I received the same answer from the estimator and the front desk people "its a corporation and the president does come in. Kind of weird you have to train your people well to avoid responsibility.

My car was lurching and stalling while driving on the highway. I brought the vehicle into the shop and they let me know that they would do a complete diagnostic and let me know what repairs would be needed. They fulfilled thier commtment and I am now with a list of services needed, priorities and costs for each. They provided an intial service to bring the car up to speed with oil change, etc. I will schedule subsequent work as needed over the next few weeks.

Very happy overall and will use them again! Seemed a bit expensive if we had not had a coupon to bring the price down.

I felt it was totally useless to get the coupon from Angie's list for $92 dollar for two hr service as I had to spend a lot more to get the credit from them . I would not recommend them for this type of deal ,further I would recommend that you check prices at other places before using them .THERE PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN SHOPS.

They fixed the door and you can't tell that it was ever touched. The price was fair. When they told me I'd have it back I had it back. Their shop is very clean.

went well..did extra detail work that we were very happy happy with...bids good, but we are saving to buy a house, so we are not getting the work done...

When I picked up my vehicle it looked absolutely fantastic.

I have been to this place a few times and the front desk staff is always friendly. I have 2 cars and one is older (217,000 miles). With my older car I have talked to the service manager (German) a few times. He is also nice, patient and most important trustworthy. They do what they say they will do in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place. Nice staff and honest mechanics are all you can reasonably ask for.

They did a fair job for the price. There where a number of swirl marks (see picture), the lower edges under the doors had dried wax on them, and the alloy wheels were not completely clean. Disappointed.

Overall this is a nice company, however they wasted so much of my time that I was very disappointed with using them. I brought my car in on a Friday morning for an oil change and to redo my brakes and I was told it was a slow day. 4-5 hours after I left my car there German called me to say he couldn't do my brakes without doing my rotors ($250 more), I agreed. He said my car would be ready around 5:30 on Friday. I had a co-worker drop me off at 4:30pm and patiently waited. After waiting an hour I was told that my car would not be ready until the next day at 10am, but since they didn't tell me earlier I had no way to get home if I left my car there. They offered to rent me a car for around $20 bucks, which I declined because I felt I should have to be penalized. Instead I brought my car back the next day around 9am and waited there for more than 4 hours for what I was told was 2 hours of needed work. Around noon, after at least 3 hours of waiting I reminded them that I had to be someone and they told me it would be 15-20 minutes longer. At 1pm I told them I needed to leave immediately and could not wait any longer. At this point they rented me a "POS" Ford Focus and they took so long that I had to rush to my appointment and I did not get my car back until Monday. From dropping it off on Friday morning and being told it would be ready on at 5:30, I had to wait until Monday morning to pick it up and spent at least 5 hours in the middle waiting there for it and being misled the whole time. They finally gave me a free rental car on Saturday afternoon because I needed to leave so badly, but since I was only allowed to put 50 miles on the rental, it was just enough to drive home and back (they're located near my office, not my house) and I could not drive anywhere on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Auto Tech & Body repeatedly left me stranded, but more importantly they misguided me on the time frames which really screwed up my business obligations as well as my free time. They basically killed my weekend and they wasted my time. Furthermore, they were not very apologetic about it while it was happening. That is not to say they were not kind to me and that they are not nice people, they just did not meet their commitment to me or communicate with me worth a d*** about the whole situation before, during or after. While I only drove my car a few miles since to my office so far, I believe that the work quality is satisfactory.

This overall performance of an extremely thorough cleaning, polishing and waxing of an automobile, both inside and out, to produce a show-quality level of detail. Besides improving my car appearance, detailing helped to preserve resale value of my car.And not to mention how amazing my car looks.

(read below for update)Where did all these great reviews come from??? I had no such experience! (other than the ladies at the front desk being very courteous). First, I was invited to bring my car in for a diagnostic test in the early afternoon. If they were so busy, why wouldn't they have told me to bring the car in on another day? My car sat there for a good part of the afternoon until I called, and was told they were waiting for the results of the diagnostic test (which takes an hour or so). End of story, they wouldn't have been able to repair the car by that point because it was so late. Then, I was charged $92 for said test only to be given a grossly exaggerated estimate for the repairs ..$790 something for repairs done by my car dealership the next day for $294!!!!! How does anyone justify a close-to five hundred dollar discrepancy??? I would like to make an addendum to this story - Auto tech refunded my money for the diagnostic test, which I think was very honorable.

They were able to do the job in less than an hour,. the front desk is very hospitable, and the customer lobby is very comfortable.They also threw in a car wash and shined up the tires!I am glad I purchased two coupons...looking forward to my second oil change !

Brought the car in around 9AM and was told it would be mid-afternoon before it was ready, which was fine. At 3:30 I called and was told the car was ready and did I want them to do a free service check-up, which I declined. The car came out looking almost new. I'm very pleased with the job done and am happy with the professionalism of the staff.
