OK, but had to spend more than the Big Deal amount due to the need for compounding.

.They are wonderful. They are a treat to use. Their office was like being at home. They did a great job. It was a positive experience. Everyone was so darn nice.

It went good. The service from the time I brought it in to when I picked it up was courteous and professional.

I bought a $99 Big Deal coupon, supposed to be their regular $300 auto detailing package. On the plus side, my car looked great when I picked it up and they even put some conditioner on my leather seats which was not part of the package. The overall cleaning job was great, gleaming finish, well done tire treatment, very clean inside and my car had been pretty dirty. They were extremely professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. On the negative side, when I arrived they charged me an additional $30 for having an SUV. My car is a Subaru Forester, and has less surface area to clean than most standard size sedans, certainly not the size of a full sized SUV or a really big one like an Escalade. But, I understand if their policy is to charge for SUVs regardless of size. They also offered me the option to pay more and have my upholstery/mats cleaned. Seems to me a $300 detailing should include cleaning your upholstery and not be an upcharge. In the end they did condition the seats for free which was nice . There were a few bugs on front of hood that were not removed in the cleaning/compounding/waxing series but only a few and they had been there quite a while resisting my own previous car washing. Theses are small quarrels with an otherwise very nice job. Would I give them $330 for this job? No. Would I go back to them and give what I paid? Yes.

I've been using them for 10 years. I like them. The people are very friendly and nice. They are very honest. I could have had my brakes done last year but they told me I had 20-30% more. They do good work and they really do a good job.

My experience with Auto Tech & Body went very well. They have excellent customer service. They give you breakfast and coffee. They gave me a list of things to be looked at. I went there because I had a coupon and they were highly rated in Angie's List. It was a clean facility and everybody came out to introduce themselves. The customer service was impeccable there, unlike most mechanical shops I've been into.

Exterior wash and wax was good. Interior shampoo must have been done with dirty water. After it dried I noticed missed areas and it did not smell like clean water was used. The person was polite. He showed up and hour and a half later. He was only sent after I called to remind them of the appointment. This was after I received two emails reminding me of the appointment.

2006 The company lists their services being a $300 service, I would say that $300 would've been a fair price for the detailing received. Our Lexus LS 430 is the family car that has had about six years of constant abuse. Between all of the food that has been dropped on the wood seats and floor, and the stains from the make up that my wife used on her legs I thought the seats and interior was ruined. I have used a half a dozen leather cleaning products and scrubbed the interior of the car to no avail. Although I was too cheap to get the additional $50 interior cleaning The standard cleaning brought the interior from about a 45% to 90%. The exterior of the car has not Looked this good in years. The waiting room was clean comfortable nice TV to watch and they offered my wife and I coffee and dessert. The staff will very friendly and informative And the Angie's list deal was honored without any problem. I will definitely bring our cars back a couple of times a year for the service. This is saying a lot considering it's a 45 minute drive from my house

Upon calling to schedule this Big Deal I was informed that it would take 6 hours. Hardly a relax in waiting area amount of time. You really have to drop the car off. I did and expected wash, clay block, etc as described above. Brought the car in at 10:10am and when I left at 11:00am the car had not been touched. Upon coming back at 4pm to pick up the car I found it had not been clay blocked. I have clay blocked my cars and this one wasn't done. Owner came out, agreed that it wasn't done and had the worker quickly clay block the hood, trunk and sides and put some wax on. This I could have done at home in the same amount of time the worker spent - 20 minutes. I can not be sure the compound or glazing was done. The interior was cleaned and the tires and wheels were clean and dressed. To describe this detailing as a $300 retail service is a stretch. I can not recommend this company for auto detailing.

I was satisfied with the service

I was very impressed with the everyone at the shop. Everyone is also so pleasant and take the time to no only explain what the auto needs are, but show you and there is never any pressure to get things done right away...unless it could make the problem worse by waiting or make the car unsafe to drive. This shop goes far above and beyond taking care of your car. I highly recommend taking your auto here to be cared for. I have been back to take care of other issues since the first oil change visit. All the customers I have met there all say the same thing. "They would never take their care anywhere else."

I had purchased a deal via the Angie's List online site for a complete car detailing last February. Finally, almost a year later, I took my car in for this service. As I live about 10 miles from the business, I had planned to rent a car from a national firm. Instead, I found that Auto Tech and Body had its own fleet of cars for a very reasonable rental price. This saved me time and allowed me to enjoy more of my vacation day! The office team was so pleasant and professional. They were personable and welcoming while efficiently completing their tasks. Upon completion of the detailing, I was called to return for my car and found it looking more beautiful than the day I bought it new from the Honda dealer! In addition, they did a complementery car inspection and assured me that my car had no other mechanical issues. I am entirely impressed with the staff and service of Auto Tech and Body and would reccomend them to anyone wishing to have these services.

The work was finished on time. However, when I next tipped the right rear seat forward, I found the floor still littered with the mulch I had transported before the work was done. The left rear seat would not release, and the fog lights no longer worked, which, so far as I know, were all fine when I turned the car over. The left fog light rim was pulled away from the car, and I do not recall running into anything before I turned the car over. I am the only person who drives that car.

Auto Tech & Body handled everything with the insurance company. When I picked it up, all I had to do was pay them the deductible and the cost for some new tires I had installed. Given the extensive amount of damage it was surprising it was not totaled, but if you looked at the Jeep today you would think it was brand new. Everyone at the shop were extremely pleasant to deal with and responsive. i did have a couple of hiccups during the course of the repair but they were dealt with professionally and courteously. The president of the company does have his email address on the website and during one of my concerns I emailed him on the weekend and he called me within a couple of hours! Overall, very impressed!

/As I said it took them two tries on the A/C. So I had to drop the car back off and wait for it again. It had to be done so I am glad they continued to work on figuring out the problem.

We called to schedule an appointment to have our car detailed. Val was very nice and professional. She expalained what will be done and mentioned other services we could have done while the car was at Auto Tech & Body. Val was able to give us a free estimate for some body work the car needed. The estimate was very reasnable but we decided to have the work done at a later time. Our car was dropped off in the morning and was ready for pickup later in the afternoon. We were very happy with the service and would use Auto Tech & Body again.

The car was there for 7 hours and came back with swirl marks in the paint, white haze in the body creases, flat black parts of the trim and scratches in the miriors that were not there on delivery to their shop. Over all I paid $150.00 for an amateur wash and wax that a high school fundraiser would have done better W/O damage! These people are incompetent!

I thought they were very professional and courteous. I think they did a good job only I was initially drawn in by the exceptionally good deal advertized on Angie's list ($29.00), but when I got there, there were a few other services performed that ended up costing much more than I was expecting (approx. $110 in total!). I wasn't prepared for that. On the one hand, I felt lured in by the low cost deal but then on the other hand, I got whammied when the other, full-priced services were added on so I left there conflicted. I didn't get the feeling they were intentionally ripping me off, it's just that since my car was already there, they recommended other services that would have had to be done eventually and for convenience sake, it made sense to have them taken care of at that time. But, it added up and when the final bill came, it cost me $80 more than the advertized deal! That being said, I still would use them again. The problem is they are a tad too far from me. I live in Plantation and they are located in Pompano Beach. I liked the people I dealt with, I was just a little taken aback by the final bill. I would recommend them to others, though.

Excellent. They identified a critical repair and provided a fair price for it. They were very helpful and accommodating for my tight schedule that day.

Overall the services were excellent. They took them time doing the work. They provided me with a private office to conduct my work while I waited. When I went to check out the car I found some spots on the wheels and glue on the windshield and they immediately took care of i.

I took my car in to have antifreeze added. The completed a 27 point inspection without my consent. I just went to have antifreeze added. They entire process took four hours which I waited in the lobby to be completed. I shared the bill with another service provider and was told that nothing was completed in regard to antifreeze being added. In addition, I was told that I was charged parts.

I have been an Angies List customer and have really liked the services provided by Angies List- I have thought very long and hard before I wrote this negative report. However, I would never want another customer to experience what I did with Auto Tech. We brought a car in for my son that he was going to bring to college in Connecticut. I explained to Jay the owner that I needed the car to be ready a week before my son was to go to college so that we could inspect the car- There were several items that they were going to do and he assured me that that would not be a problem. Jay then went out of country and his Office Manager Chandra did not want to abide by that committment and they did not. Well they did not meet the deadline and I had to bring my son to college- So we had to ship the car unseen to Connecticut. When the car arrived in Connecticut we quickly realized that they did not do the work as promised and in fact broke items that were not broke. IN FACT THEY SHIPPED THE CAR WITHOUT THE SEATBELT! We immediately had to bring the car to a mechanic in Connecticut to fix items and overhaul the work. We tried to speak with to resolve the issue but they did not want to take accountability and/or deal with issue that I now had to spend thousands with a mechanic fixing the items that they broke and/or overhauling some the work they did. They have a professional office and staff and it could be misleading- I would never recommend them to anyone- I really beleived in them- I received thier information from Angies List when I had a truck- We brought that truck in but it was simple work- even the simple work they did get wrong, like the paint melting inside- The paint that they did is peeling. However, I decided to give them another chance, and I was very wrong. I really regret that decision!! I am so disappointed in the work but even more disappointed in how they handled the poor quality afterwards. I tried to handle with them and they would not take ANY accountability. They did not want acknowledge or address the issue that I had to spend the money with another mechanic after I spent $3900.00 with them- You can always tell a great vendor not when things go right but if something goes wrong- they are reliable and you can count on them to make it right- Auto Tech clearly is a Vendor you can not count on! They blamed the problems on everyone else including the car- did not take responsibility that they inspected the car and said that the work would be done on time and right- This is no way to be customer oriented! I would never use them again! Although Auto Tech refused to settle the complaint through Chase Visa. Chase Visa credited me a significant amount to compensate me for my experience with Auto Tech. As a customer, you always want a company that will stand by their work and work with you when it goes well but especially when it does not! Auto Tech proved that it does not stand by their work.

Auto Tech & Body did an an excellent job detailing my truck inside and out. This was the first time I took the vehicle to them and will continue to go back. The quality of their work and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend Auto Tech & Body.
