Service was prompt and most friendly and professional. They followed up with a post card to assure my satisfaction. Car looked beautiful. I had pointed out an area on the back spoiler that was dull when I dropped the car off and had hoped they could restore it, but evidently they could not. Other than that, it was a superior job.

I had originally scheduled to have my car brought in to be detailed on August 3, 2013. I had just left my house to drop it off when I received a call from their office saying that their detail guy had called in sick. I had to circle back to my house and reschedule. This is why I gave the punctuality a 4 instead. Even though they were able to call me to prevent me from making the drive to their facility, a canceled appointment is a canceled appointment. After dropping off my car the following week, I was met with the front desk staffer and was pleasantly welcomed. Also, they noticed my headlights may need some work and offered a quote. This was appreciated since the purpose of detailing my car was to make it look clean. The detailing of the car was amazing. It looked like the car just rolled out of the factory. Therefore, the quality is definitely a 5.

This is the first time we've been to Auto Tech and Body - I got their name from your list. My husband and I were totally amazed at the service, courtesy, friendliness, and knowledge of the whole staff. They even offered us pizza for lunch! We would definitely recommend this place if you need your car worked on in any way. And the price was right.

It was a big deal purchase. It was very sloppy. Although they resolved everything, it was time consuming. Honestly, the reason why I haven’t done anything with them; they made a good effort to fix the problems that they created. On the other hand they created a bunch of problems. If they had messed everything up and left it messed then I would thrash them in a heartbeat. They did make a good safe effort to resolve the situation that they created and they did resolve them. It was just time consuming and it put me off. As far as the detailing is concerned, I wouldn’t let them detail my mud sneakers. In the course of that I enquired of some repair work. They told me that they could do the repair work. They were very sloppy in their repair work. They eventually resolved it and it took about a week. They rented me a car at a reasonable price. They made a good faith to fix everything. At the same time it knocked me off for a week or so. The detailing was an absolute waste of money. If I had paid $300 for that service, I would have choked to death. I could simply do it myself. The reason I did it because it was good deal for $100. I know how long it would take and I know I can do it myself. When I look at it, I know what they didn’t do. Just looking at it for a couple of minutes, I know they didn’t compound it and they didn’t glaze it. As a matter of fact I am looking at the car right now. I have to wash the car and do all of the same stuff myself this weekend. I haven’t taken the car for a car wash and it’s just been in the rain, the water sheets right off it. There is no beating up and there is nothing that indicates that there was any wax put down. I can see from the surface itself that they didn’t do what they were supposed to do. That was absolutely terrible. I enquired about mechanical work and they did mechanical work but they weren’t that good at it. They did fix the problem and they did stand behind the work that they did. I would do a more effective job of washing my laundry every day. They were supposed to do detailing on the outside, inside and under the hood. The only thing they didn’t do was shampoo the rugs. The engine compartment was the one that really triggered the problems. It wasn’t clean. The exterior stuff wasn’t done. They had somebody doing it who didn’t have any pride in his work. The end result was; the mess that they made under the hood caused another problem. I had to bring it back to them. In fixing that problem I had to buy some parts. I bought the parts and they didn’t install them right. The car died in the middle of 95. It wasn’t pretty at all. It was a waste of money. If that was a $300 detailing the pricing was terrible. The pricing was terrible and it wasn’t of good value. Their work product was terrible.

The price was really fair. Bill was really professional and helped me get my paint issues from the bad repair resolved.

All went well with the oil change. I had recieved a prior opinion that my axle boots, timing chain, and rear brakes all needed to be done. I asked specifically to have the car completely checked out as it was a recent purchase and that I intended to move cross country. The invoice came in with a list of all major mechanical elements that were checked showing no concerns. I asked for and spoke with the head mechanic who confirmed there was nothing wrong. Concerned I decided to opt for a third opinion which confirmed the above mentioned work needed to be addressed. Auto Tech and Body missed a grand opportunity to do some work and which could have left me stuck on the side of the road.

It was good; they are great. I chose them because of the offer from Angie's List.

Everything went well. My car looked like new when it was finished!

It was done in a timely manner

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not happy. It was very bad. They wanted me to replace the rear tires on my car for $500 and the tires didn't actually need replacement. I made an appointment for 9 AM and I arrived just prior to that. I went to the front desk and told the 2 women there that I was there for my 9:00 appointment and one of them told me to take a sit for a moment, have a cup of coffee because she has to finish something. So I let them do their thing and waited for 30 minutes. I finally stood up, walked up to the counter and asked, "Have you forgotten me?" and she said, "No, no. I'll be right with you." So I had sat down again for another 15 minutes. I told them I'm leaving if they're not gonna take care of my car. Then she said they're got somebody who will service my car right then. So they proceeded to do something. The guy came out and looked very nervous. He wanted to discuss something with me. They did the oil change and they checked the tires, too. They discovered that the tires in the back are worn and really dangerous so they need to be replaced. I just told them no and asked for my car. It was awful, I have to wait in the lobby for 45 before they did something with my car.

Couldn't have asked for a better detailing job. Great people to deal with, very professional and courteous. I'll definitely use their services again.

I was very pleased with the excellent and Professional service. I received. Chadia and Debbie were extremely pleasing and helpful.

I had to pay extra for the synthetic oil. It was like $10 more. I used it in August of last year. I would use them again.

It was fine. They didn't charge me anything extra other than the big deal amount. They just took a long time but they were friendly and nice and had a nice waiting area.

I drove to the Auto Tech & Body location, at approx. 9:15 am on a weekday, and without a prior appt. The battery in my car was about to fail and I would likely be stranded on the road. After just a brief wait, they checked my vehicle and confirmed the problem was in the battery. While I waited in their clean and pleasant waiting area, attended by professional and friendly staff, the battery was changed out and I was on my way to work in a very reasonable period of time. The cost for the new battery was probably okay, somewhat more than I recall spending on my last battery, but that was in my prior car -- well over 3 years ago. As a woman driver, I am often uncertain about whether any automotive service being provided is both correct and fairly priced. I felt no uncertainty in this instance. These folks are terrific. I've used them once before for body work and there, again, they treated me very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and of course, I will continue to use them again when the need for services should arise.

Overall, it went very well. Scheduling process was easy. The detailing met my expectations. The car looked great inside and out and smelled great inside too. Thanks! The only slight source of frustration was the company called me after the work was completed but then informed me they were closing in 15 minutes. It's a 20 minute drive from my house and I was not prepared to leave my house at such short notice. I did ask upon scheduling the appointment how much time they would need, at which time I was informed approximately 6 hrs. I dropped the car off no later than 9AM but was not informed that I had to be there by 3PM to get my car. I thought I should at least have had advanced noticed to ensure I could be there in sufficient time. However, once I informed them it would take me 20 minutes to arrive, it was not an issue. Despite this little snag, I would use them again.

They were excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

Very satisfied with results, they also checked the entire car for problems. We had wind shield wipers replaced. Would recommend them to to family and friends. Very professional, courteous and great service.

It went great. It was a convenient location. I was able to make an appointment and left the car. I added on steam cleaning the seats. They did a phenomenal job. They pointed out a couple of things to watch out for. They were not pushy, but helpful.

We were extremely satisfied, go back again and would recommend them. The price was very reasonable. They were really courteous and nice. We tried to give a tip and they would not let us, very professional. They were very responsive and everything was done to our satisfaction. Very punctual.

Got angies list deal for $99 detail (something like a $300 value). Made appointment, waited while they did they work. Took between 5-6 hours, as expected. Very nice people at this location. Very professional. My truck looked fantastic when it was done (did notice they missed a spot on one of my wheels after I got home but not a big deal). Was a little disappointed that there was an extra $30 charge because it was a truck (I don't recall this being mentioned anywhere when I bought the deal) and a charge for some materials or something (I would have figured this would have been included in the service). But overall I'm happy with it. They give you a nice little key chain when you're done. It's actually a body shop, not a car wash. Based on my experience if I needed any body work done I would definitely consider this company.

It went great. They took my car immediately and made me feel at home. They did every thing ppssible to make me feel comfortable while the car was being done. They were wonderful and my car looks new....what more can I possible say except thank you very much.
