I had planned on stopping by a tire store in the AM to get a shredded tire replaced, even calling ahead. They had no record of my call, didn't order the tire, and generally stunk. I showed up to Auto Tech in a pretty crappy mood, and when I explained my plight, the manager said he would look into it. He found me my (somewhat special) tire, and had it on by the time the detail was done. Even my spare was tire shined and put back in the trunk. Highly recommend these guys. Just driving down the street you can tell they are in a different class.

This company is the best I have ever used, they are completely upfront about the services to be done and what may not be able to be done, The price quoted is the price you will pay no bait and switch or unexpected extras! The management team of Jay and Chadia as well as the rest of the staff are exceptional and exemplify what true caring and customer service is all about, but so hard to find today. Talk about corporate culture and leading by example they do an outstanding job and I would hardily recommend anyone to use there fine services!!! Congratulations on your outstanding service..

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out okay. I thought it would be cheaper, but it turned out I needed to use a different kind of an oil, but it was okay. When I needed an oil change again, I went to a local place, because it was far away, and so I ended up going to someone local. Their service was okay. I paid more because I needed synthetic oil. The extra charge was more than what I expected. This was the first time that I used them.

I am very pleased with the work performed. Too, they were very flexible in accommodating my ovserseas work reschedule that necessitated several reappointments beynd the expiration date of the coupon.

The experience wasn't too good. They initially told that the auto detailing charge will be same $99 for the car and the SUV. When I took my SUV there, they said it would extra $45 for interior cleaning and extra $30 for the SUV. I asked them to go ahead and do it. The detailing wasn't good. The receptionist and everything was good, but the work wasn't of the par. It took all day around 8 hours. I had to wait more for 20 minutes.

The Auto Tech people were very nice but apparently they do a very thorough and time consuming job and I cannot take the time. Perhaps this could have been made more clear in the description.

Not a lot to be said about an oil change other than it it was quick and clean but the reason I have continued to go out of my way to have routine maintenance done there was because of the outstanding service I have received. Great service on my second visit for some body/grille work and a more recent visit for a 30K service and new tires. Auto Tech & Body does good work at a fair price. The office is efficient and polite and I will continue to take my vehicle in for maintenance.

It went well. I had to call them about when the car was done which was a little annoying, but other than that the car looked great. I also have to say it was a nice surprise to get in the super clean interior and not be overwhelmed with all the weird chemical smells. It was kind of a smell free zone.

I was really impressed with this business. The person who performed the estimate for me was the president, I was really impressed with him. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable. They offered many services, beyond auto body. He seemed to have a very fair estimate. This was a free estimate, and they followed up with a phone call and post card which was nice. When I do get this job done, I will be going with them more than likely.

Excellent from start to finish. Easy to make appointment, greeted at door and at front counter. The employees even knew I was coming and had everything ready to go. Work was immaculate. When I returned around the time they said it would be done, car was sitting out front front waiting for me to take away. Car looked brand new inside and out. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone! Random side note: I came up to Pompano Beach from Miami and they need the car most of the day to do the work. Bus stop 1 block from the shop takes you right to the beach! 10-15 trip for under $2.00. Spent the day at the beach and came back around 5 to pick up the car and head back to Miami. Not a bad day!

Everything was great from the start, make my appointment online. I showed up in the morning and they were already expecting me. To my surprise they also due car rental to their customers for a very reasonable price. So I went ahead and rented a car and avoided a second driver to pick me up. They call me when it was ready and everything was well done!!!!

I bought a discounted service via Angies list for a complete detail. I intended to try them out to see if I should bring my other car for the same detail service. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment and asked to be called a day before the service since I would be out of town. I did not get a call reminding me of the service. I was late for my appointment but was glad they still performed the service. The car serviced did look a lot cleaner but I could have done a better job myself. The car was dusty when I got it. Perhaps it got windy sometime during the day. They could have done a better job vacuuming as there were still dog hair inside the trunk and behind the rear seats under the rear windshield. It looked like they just skipped cleaning that part. Pros: 1. After an accidental follow up call, they offered to redo the job for free. It was an accidental call in that they called to schedule a service in which the caller was not sure what service. 2. Friendly office staff. Cons: 1. Lack of quality work I will give this business one more try to redeem themselves by bringing my other car for a complete detail. As of now, I do not think they are worthy of their ratings. I'll give them one more try. The owner tries but perhaps his workers are apathetic. I brought in my other car to see if they would do a better job than on my primary car. They performed much better. The car looked almost brand new after they were done. I most likely will never go back. There are closer local car detailers which less expensive prices

My car was detailed by Auto Tech & Body. The finish on the out side of my car looked like it did the day I bought my car. The interior was shampooed and looks spectacular! I would certainly use this company again and recommend them to friends. Debbie was very nice to deal with and was very professional. Job Well Done!

These people are fantastic. They are so accommodating and professional. The waiting area is beautiful and immaculate. They did a phenomenal job on my car. The best detailing I have ever seen. Their prices on repair are very reasonable and I will definitely return to them.

I'm very picky about my car, this was the best detail I have ever had done

We went to this body shop due to their strong rating on Angie's List. The first time we needed to get our car hood repainted after a bunch of nicks from rocks etc. While commuting on I95. The staff was professional, did not try to oversell us, and finished the job on the date promised. the car came out looking great. The most recent time I noticed some clips that hold on the fender of another car were missing. I showed up half an hour before close. They stayed late and replaced the clips for a little under $50. The staff is professional, the shop and waiting area is clean, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
