Very well, Scott is always honest and I trust his work. I haven't been able to find another honest mechanic down in SFL.

They were very good about fixing my door handle. Very efficient.

Everything went pretty smoothly. I was told the repairs would be completed the next day and they actually took 2, but the amount of work and the quality of the work they provided was more than worth the extra day's wait. We also had a small dispute regarding the cost, but the staff worked with me and honored the pricing which tells me they will always go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend their shop to anyone looking to get their cars serviced.

They did a very good job. I thought that they were a little overpriced but the service was great. I had no complaints about the service or the quality, I just thought it was a little high priced. I would not use them simply because they are too far away and I found a guy that is closer.

I showed them an estimate from Ohio, they even had the nerve to say it was my insurance company that sent it to them. Mark told me when I first went in for the estimate that I would not be able to tell they painted it and he would even match all the hubcaps. I backed into a rail at my home and they also said he would fix it. I don't know if Mark left the job or what but Jay took over. The paint job I was also disappointed in, he took it to make it a little better but I can still tell where it was. Mark told me he would do all of the hubcaps, Jay only did the one that was in the accident, so the others look bad. On the passenger side I myself put a scratch on my car from a rod rail iron, Mark said he would fix it just like he would do the other side where you couldn't tell. Jay who took Marks place took most of the rust off and filled it with putty, but you can see that it is there, seems like something I would of done. Jay is the head of the bodyshop, does not speak good English and you cannot read his hand writing. Mark told me it would take two days, here they told me 5 days so I got upset and left. When I went home I called Debbie, and said to take the time that was needed, I wanted a good job done. Jay said that I wanted it rushed. I didn't want to have a rental for that long. Jay was putting words in my mouth, like the dents in my car not from the accident. I said to Jay that I was talking about the paint finish on the drivers side. Because of his attitude I do not think he is someone who should handle customers. They said they had called me to pick up my car Friday or Saturday. On Monday I went and I had no missed calls, and offered to show him my phone. I gave him the discount from Angie's List, I did not get the discount from them, they said they had to go with my insurance according to cost. I disputed that so she lowered it. I had a front wheel alignment on there they were going to do but had got it done before in Ohio. Now trying to find the paper what they charged me for the front wheel alignment, it was 69.95 they took off 50.00 for it. They were going to charge me with the first appraisal $1570.21 so when I subtracted that I got $1500.26 so they said they took off 50.00 from that. Their grand total was $1568.53 this is where they brought up the insurance where they had to charge so much.

It was okay. I chose this contractor because of the price. They were friendly. I just think they could have done a better job. They found some other things that they said it should be done so I have it done and I ended up spending more money and I am not sure that they really had to be done but it was explained in a way. A woman who is not used to mechanics...mechanical things would buy.

Went very well,would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. Insurance covered.

After missing messages from them on Angie's list we finally got together. They cleaned and waxed my car beyond my wildest dreams. All the surface scratches are gone and the vehicle looks like it just came out of the showroom. Great customer service at the front counter and even though by offer expired a few days ago they still honored it. Going to bring my daughters banged up Civic to them to see if they can breath life into it!

It was okay. There was a quite a big price increase in order to get this synthetic oil that I wasn’t expecting so I don’t feel it was quite of a value. I thought the price was expensive. I thought I was getting the deal but it was almost double the price because of that synthetic oil. Overall, I didn’t save any money as supposed to go to a different company to get an oil change. I had to wait a very long time to get the oil change done. I think I was there for 2 hours. The people are good. I thought I didn’t get the value for I paid for. I don’t think the Big Deal wasn’t that good of a deal. It didn’t meet my expectations.

Excellent job from the front desk/reception throughout the entire experience! I dealt with Debbie who was very patient and helpful when it came to scheduling my appointment even though I had to cancel a couple of times due to my ever-changing schedule. Everyone was always very professional,pleasant and accomodating whether in person,by email or over the phone.The detail took about 7 hrs and when I saw the car, I was amazed! It looked like it just came off the lot! I had some scratches from a palm frond an some tree sap blotches that I thought were there to stay but they were nowhere to be seen! The interior was spotless and smelled terrific. The glass throughout the vehicle was crystal clear and the engine compartment was like the first day I bought the car! I almost forgot to mention that I live about 25 miles from Auto Tech & Body but Im already planning to use them again! My wife saw the car and was really impressed and wants to bring her car in as well. Theres nothing I can say to the negative about my experience with this business. They simply did a great job for a great price and the customer service was second to none! I highly recommend them!

I had a $99 groupon and the final cost was an additional $360, which I thought was a bit high.

The service turned out great. I paid another 50 Dollars on top of the big deal price. The location was not close to me, he was all the way in town, but they did a great job. My car was in good shape, and everything was really clean. He kept the car an extra day to make sure everything was done. The pricing was decent, it was good.

Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Office is impeccable. They promise and they deliver. Would highly recommend.

As advertised, everything was done on the interior and exterior. Car looked great. Staff was great.

Auto Tech was professional, friendly and very, very thorough. I got the full works done (you wouldn't believe what my car looked like, but that's a long story). The car had mold and mildew, stains in the paint from olive trees, an interior that was filthy and a wreck. In short, a real NIGHTMARE! When I came to pick up my vehicle, I actually asked my Girlfriend if the gleaming vehicle I saw was my car. I hadn't ever seen it look like it did, even at the dealer when I first bought it. My baby actually glowed. I can't say enough about Auto Tech. The work performed was like a miracle. A neighbor actually asked me "Did you get a new car?" Need I say more?

It Went fine, but this was not a $300 service - it was barely a $100 and considering distance would not do again

It went very well. They had a pleasant environment. They charged me $10 more because my Rav4 is considered a SUV. My car got a free car wash. They have great customer service but I was a little frustrated about charging me more.

Great customer service. Very attentive. Careful review of auto before work commenced. Work completed on time. Very satisfied with the results.

Very Professional service attitude. I purchased an Angies List Big deal for 99.00 (Value 300.00). They did A Great Job for the Money I spent. I was a little surprised they charged Sales Tax and I had the pre-paid coupon, but the car looks great!

Full detail, paint touch up, internal headlight cleanup

Outstanding. From the moment I dropped off the car to the time I picked up the car the level of professionalism by Chadia can only be rated as outstanding. When I picked up the car it appeared showroom new. I've had the car detailed before at other places but have never seen it look so good. While waiting for the car, I felt welcome - they even bought lunch for the customers waiting for their cars. Other businesses can learn from Auto Tech and Body in providing a positive customer experience.

Detailed car--they did a great job. We had just returned from a road trip but the car had not been done for a long time before that so was in desperate need of a great cleaning. The interior was done better than I expected; I did not think the floor mats could ever be cleaned again but they look great!

Routine maintenance -- oil change & tire rotation. Clean facility, friendly employees, clean restroom, and service completed in less than an hour. No pressure or suggestions to purchase additional services. I will be returning for future car maintenance and service.

It went very well, they were very professional, made us feel very confident about their work, they even washed the car after the service was performed.
