Melissa responded in 30 seconds, told me a price and an appointment time and both were exact. My appointment on a Saturday was between 8-9 and Robbie was in the driveway at 8:05. He assessed the situation and I had hot water an hour later. Great service

Very nice to deal with. Melissa was very good professional on the phone and answered all of my questions regarding types of hot water heaters available for us. Robbie took about an hour to install the heater and did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. Didn't get upset when I wanted to watch - just curious!

Charged me 100.00 told me I needed a new hot water heater said the tube was collapsed. The glass on my solar panel was covered in algae I cleaned it myself it works fantastic he wanted to charge me 2000.00
