Excellent communication, quick service response, very knowledgeable and experienced; which are two characteristics rare in the local Spring Hill area plumbers. The local plumbers I have used in the past are inexperienced relatives/sons of the original owners and can't seem to do a job without getting on the phone and calling Daddy for directions on how to do the job right. prices are VERY reasonable-BEYOND the word 'competitive'. I'm so VERY PLEASED that I [stumbled across both 'HomeAdvisor' and the website recommendation for 'Robbie's Plumbing'.

This guy was Awesome. My Moms hot water heater went out (She is a older lady) and I was working out of town, so I couldn't make it over there to look at it.He was there within a hr of our call. It was a simple fix. a switch was off, He said he did not have the heart to charge us for a service call over a switch.We will definitely be using this company for now on for all our plumbing needs.

This guy was great. I sent an e-mail in the early a.m. and he called within five minutes. He was on time and had supplies needed. He was fast and clean. I would recommend this company and would hire again with no hesitation.

I had researched the average cost of this type of repair, and they came in under what I expected. That was an added bonus to the high quality of work he did. I needed an outdoor main line faucet replaced, and he did an excellent job. I am a handy man myself, but deferred to an expert to do the repair. He looked like he could have done it blindfolded. Wow! They performed an excellent job. There was additional work that had to be done due to needing to change out the bad PVC pipe done earlier with copper pipe. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend.

Chris came out and gave me a quote for some bathroom repairs our previously bank owned house needed, which was very reasonable. Then his brother who I had not met came to do the work. He charged me $40 more than the quote and said he had to "rebuild" the toilets. Our water was not turned on yet so he couldn't check his work but said if there were any leaks when we got the water on he would come back out. Sure enough there was a leak in 1 toilet. I called Chris, he said he would come back to fix it. He did not show up, and has not responded to my calls or texts. Unreliable, very disappointing.

The owner himself came to do the job. He was on time and pleasant. An unexpected installation of 2 new valves came up with the installation of my new faucet. He was very reasonable, gave me specific instructions for future use and completed the job within an hour. He exceeded my expectations. Great experience. Our family will definitely call Chris in the future. Thank you again.

We were contacted by Chris to fix a leak in a pipe. Chris was the cheapest and fixed the leak. After a few days we discovered a leak which we assumed came from the same pipe. We made many attempts to call Chris and even left many messages. When we finally spoke to Chris, he dismissed us and said he does not have time to come back. Chris eventually made an appointment but never came. After many more attempted calls Chris came, used bad language and told us to look for another plumber. Very unprofessional! We also discovered that Chris's company Pines Plumbing Services are one and the same as Robbie's Plumbing Service. This is very shady!

Chris was polite, prompt, professional, and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. In and out quickly, will definiately call again if needed!
