Responded immediately to an emergency and charged fairly to resolve my water main valve problem.

We needed the hot and cold spigots for the washing machine replaced. Due to work schedule, needed someone after 5:30 pm. Most everyone couldn't give that small of a window or would charge after hours fee. I spoke with Melissa at the office, she said, "no problem and no 'after hour' charge". The gentlemen was here promptly, he reviewed the situation, advised what would be needed and completed the task in a very short time. He cleaned up nicely after the work was completed, left a hand-written invoice plus will have the office send email copy as well. Now we can get our new washer installed. Thanks, Robbie's.

I bought a new water heater for $700, he used the old connections for the new one and it started leaking after 5 months, I called back and asked what he'd charge to come back and fix it, stated he wouldn't charge me because he installed it. I haven't heard from him since. I called and called and left messages. He does not need to be in business anymore. He just cut the pipe, he didn't even go up through the roof like you're supposed to.

Installed hot water tank and cleared plugged lines. My bill was over $2100. Just a flat invoice, no water heater receipt, no breakdown on labor, no warrantee, no literature, and no instructions. I've tried to call several times, but received no response. Makes me wonder, what kind of unit (quality) did they install,

I called Chris (he actually answered the phone) and he gave me a price over the phone to install 2 toilets and remove the old ones. We agreed he'd do the job the next morning. He called me 9 AM next morning and showed up 20 minutes later to do the job. All done as scheduled and toilets installed properly. I was very satisfied with the job!

We noticed that our water heater was leaking at 12:00 pm. Went on Home Advisor to find a plumber and found this company. Chris was here by 1:20 pm with the new water heater and was finished with the install by 2:00. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommended.

He did a great job of installing a new tankless water heater. The old one wasn't wired enough to just trade with the new one. I had to hire an electrician to add a wire. Robbie's did all they could and I was very happy with the work.
