Great communication and incredible follow up (now so hard to find with any business). After Chris installed my tank-less heater, I hired him the next day to do additional plumbing work at my barn. I'll continue to call Chris and Melissa for all of my plumbing needs.

The plumber walked off the job twice, supposedly due to an emergency and finally showed up three hours late. Shoddy and sloppy work. Will have to hire someone else to finish and clean up job site.

This is a family owned business but better price, quick Scheduling, quality installation for my water heater and outstanding customer service. Also give me six years warranty. I will hire this small husband and wife owned business over big companies any time.

I was in a lurch this morning after my plumber told me the only water heater he had that would fit my space would require cutting through an existing wall. I got Home Advisor and was instantly connected to Melissa. I sent her some images and we talked through the requirements and she was able to quote me a price on a heater that would fit my existing space. Chris showed up a couple of hours later and completed the install. Everything went smoothly and by the mid-afternoon I had hot water and saved nearly $600 from the original estimate. I highly recommend this business.

Chris was efficient, fast and friendly. The price was much lower than other bids. When I called him for another problem, he came immediately. I definitely recommend him and would give him 10 stars if possible. If I have any other problems, I will call him.

Called late Tuesday, said they will be there at 10:00am came at 9:30 which was great, professional, doing another job next week.

Melissa available for scheduling after hours. Provided 1hr svc window vs 4hr. Chris very knowledgeable. Recommended system that 'saved' me money vs upsell me the more expensive water heater. Works great. Highly recommend.

Other service companies we contacted advised the water heater had parts that could not be replaced and recommended a new unit. Robbie's took the initiative to contact the manufacture and establish how to restart the gas water heater. The water heater has been working fine ever since.

Chris from Robbie's plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater and removing the water softener. He showed up on time, was very professional, took extra time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain all options. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing service.

Chris was great came and gave us a free estimate then I received a call from the office and was told they didn't work on my particular water heater. Later that day they called and said they spoke to the manufacturer and would be able to do it. Chris came took the old out went and pick up a new one (under warranty) and installed. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an incredible experience with Robbie's Plumbing. My water heater broke and they were at my place on the same day. A great price and quick service, I would highly recommend.

Only giving him 3 stars because he started out great, came when we scheduled appointments for estimate and then the installation of the new tankless water heater but then when I called because I smelled gas and the shower he was paid to fix didn't work, it's been difficult to get him to come back to finish the job! He came out and eventually fixed the gas leak but hasn't returned to fix the shower valve even after I ordered the part he told me I needed!! It's been 3 weeks!! So now I'm out $130 and I'm sure I will have to hire someone else to fix the shower, which is only going to cost me more money! Lesson learned-don't pay someone before the job is done!
