First off I don't write review's. That's how good he is. He' not only replaced my water heater perfectly. He also noticed I had a couple of other problems and fixed those at no cost. I dare you to find someone like that this day in age.

Chris was very professional and showed up within the same hour we called. This was very much appreciated because we needed to have the water heater installed asap in order to keep the water running. He also informed us about a rebate from the government that we didn't know about. So even if $1050 seemed a lot for us for a gas water heater, that reduced the cost for us to $800. His wife, Melissa, sounds pleasant on the phone which gave me a positive impression of the company.

It states Robbies Plumbing Services Inc but I was contacted by Pines Plumbers Services Tampa Bay Inc after I completed my requirements online with Home Advisor and they provided a quote. The price seemed very reasonable and they offered me an appointment later the same day which I accepted. They arrived on time and the new water heater was fitted and working in less than 2 hours. They also took away the old unit and provided a receipt for my gas rebate. Chis seemed very professional. Highly recommended.
