Description of Work: Kevin was prompt and professional with his options, estimate, and quote. His crew and staff (Katina) were equally as polite and efficient as he was. They arrived as scheduled and were done before you knew it. Joking and laughing the whole time, even when the unforseen popped up,as always happens in jobs. They had the solution quickly. A brilliant choreography of men and machine.

Description of Work: Great service and very fast turnaround time...things you want when your septic system is backing up into your tub and not allowing the toilets to go down. Kevin & Angelo were great throughout the process, and they came in at a price lower than their competitors. Highly recommended if you in the East Tampa area.

Description of Work: I called and arranged for Quality to pump out my septic tank. Apparently, after the call, Quality determined I was out of their service area and they sent another vendor in their place without coordinating with me. Ironically, I had used the substitute vendor before and had determined not to use them again. Quality may be an excellent vendor. I believe they were just trying to be helpful. My ratings are for the guy they sent.

+ -1 moreWe executed the contract and acknowleged the disclaimers about the irrigation system, cables, etc. Our sprinkler contractor requested that any pipes that were broken be marked. I was assured by the owner that it was a simple matter and all pipes would be marked or left sticking out of the ground for later repair. That was my only request. The first day, I went home to check on progress and found the crew had dug the hole in the wrong place which resulted in additional digging. The TV and phone lines were torn out and had to be repaired but the main issue was that all of the pipes were smashed, torn and broken in the back yard without a single indication of location. Even the main pipe from the meter was cut and turned off by one of the crew. When asked, the owner said no pipes had been broken except for one old one that appeared to not be in use and he would fax me the location of it, but he didn't. I feel that I was lied to throughout the entire process and regret using his company.
Description of Work: We contracted for a new 360' drainfield. Work included permit, inspection, installation, pump out, tight line from frontyard to rear. The contract did not include sprinkler/sod replacement and/or repairs. The contract states that Quality Septic is not responsible for removal or replacement of ... Irrigation systems, underground utilities, cable, telephone, gas or lighting whether public or private.
