Nature's Dream Landscape

These people promise and do not deliver. they were unfit for the job, he wouldn't show up. They sent one guy and he said he could not do the job cause they do not do that work. They were very rude and unprofessional. They also face timed me to make the appointment which was very inappropriate and frightening in this day and age.

Very smooth from start to finish. Ray was very humble and understanding what my needs were. Although simple clean up, I would definitely go back to Ray for future landscaping needs

Victoria and her husband Ray work as a great team. Victoria will work with you to design your dream landscape, bringing her artistic eye to the project, and providing her knowledge for the most appropriate plants and trees. Ray will take care of the project realization with his team, lighting installation can be included. I had my front yard completely remodeled 3 years ago, Victoria supervised the work from start to finish, including work permits and installation of a new pavement. The result was magnificent, with no bad surprise considering that I was away during the installation. I even had people coming to my door, asking for recommendations to get their landscape or pavement done!! I worked again with Victoria this year for a refreshment of my yard and I would recommend Nature's dream Landscape again with no hesitation!

Victoria & Ray are awesome. Victoria draws up the entire landscape plan and patiently reviews the placement and care for each plant. The landscape lighting opened up the entire back yard and looks great. Ray even came back to readjust some of the lighting to better showcase our oak tree. They are very customer centric! If you want a new looking house without having to move... they are the team to make it happen.

It has been several years and it has grown just how we wanted. We now have complete privacy and hired them again trim our Live Oaks, fertilize, re-mulch and install our landscape lighting.

Loved the entire process and got a beautiful garden ! The landscape designer came and heard what we wanted. Then she showed us gardens they have made and we pointed the type of plants we would like. They came back a few days later with a professional design and estimate. We agreed to go ahead. Their installation crew showed up two days later. They nicely pruned and thinned our oaks, installed beautiful plants and rocks as designed; installed landscape lights. They made an amazing job and did all that was in the design, plus they did it clean and fast. We highly recommend this company – they’re great

Because they could not get the plants that we originally talked about the substitute much smaller plants that were in adequate for the job. Although it probably cost them less, he still charged me with the larger plants that we had originally talked about. They said that they could not get the larger plants but they did not call me and discuss this but just showed up with the in adequate plants-

Our condo board selected Natures Dream to design and install a new landscaping program that would enhance our property with its difficult lighting conditions for a great low maintenance and hearty foliage. She provided a design board that allowed all unit owners to comment and sign on with the program. I spoke with someone who said they would get back to me and took all my info. When no one called back after a week, I left a message and still no response a month ago.

Ray and his crew were very professional. He arrived early and texted me to ask permission to enter the back yard. He took his time, using guide lines and carefully removing the branches so they fell away from the house. The tree was about 5 feet from the house and the roots were going under the patio slab. He used a stump grinder. The hedge was so overgrown. His crew cut half the height and half the width off of it. The previous lawn guy let the neighbors side overgrow onto their roof. All debris was removed that day. There was no damage to the house or the patio. I fired my previous lawn guy and hired Nature's Dream to come every two weeks. He will be keeping all plants, shrubs, hedges under control and cut and fertilize the grass. I am looking forward to working with Ray to plant one or two trees in the right place this time.

As with any projects there are challenges and changes to the scope of work. Victoria and her team were very professional and communicated effectively.

Our backyard was pretty much destroyed after hurricane season and we realized we had a blank slate and would need professional help to design a new landscape. After several bids it was obvious Nature's Dream Landscape was the best choice. Victoria not only designed and implemented the plan but gave us several contractors to contact for the repair and upgrade of our irrigation. Victoria also worked with the sprinkler contractor to ensure sprinkler heads were installed in the correct locations. We also are very happy with the lighting Ray installed around our house. I echo the comments from the other reviewers on sticking to the budget. We contacted Nature's Dream Landscape, after reading all the positive reviews on Angie's List, and we were not disappointed.

Victoria and her team were great. They worked with us to create a design that went with our home and personalities. Then they executed that plan to perfection.

From the first time we contacted Victoria, it was clear that she was a true professional. We had an initial consultation in which she took the time to present us with her work and listen to us: our likes, dislikes, needs, and concerns. She asked us a lot of questions and came back to us a few weeks later with the perfect proposal. It addressed all our problems and offered solutions we would have never thought of. Once work started, I loved I didn’t have to do anything. Victoria took care of handling the installation of our paved driveway, landscaping, and lighting. She was flexible to work around our schedule as we had multiple home improvement projects taking place at once. She was always happy to answer questions and easy to contact. The final product is beyond our expectations.

Every thing went smoothly. Victoria was very patient in working with our Landscaping Committee and all the input and changes it entailed to get everyone on board and even adding more plants towards the end of the project when more money became available in the budget. The installation went smoothly over a 2 day period and her team worked well with our onsite maintenance person to ensure no damage was done to the planters, or new paint, with just a minimal amount of clean up required afterward. We highly recommend Natures Dream for their professionalism, response time, and work. Everyone involved in the project was very impressed and we will use them again.

Victoria and Ray were extremely professional, helpful and nice. Even after the job was done (which was a BIG job), we kept on asking them questions, and they always helped us, even when we called them in the evening or on the weekend. We can only highly recommend them!

The finished product is gorgeous, and exceeds our dreams of how beautiful our back yard could look and fulfill our need for a colorful, balanced and peaceful environment. The work proceeded in stages. The old well pump was removed. A new well was dug and new wiring installed by their electrician. A full-property water sprinkling system and automatic timer was installed. Then, the area was stripped of all expendable plants and other obstacles. The ground was prepared and a curving, multi-colored cement-paver walkway was laid and lined with colorful small rocks and plants and mulch. New grass was planted. Other plants and a few trees were artistically planted in strategic places. Our new back yard now enhances our lifestyle with a gorgeous view and a new sense of peaceful reverie.

Victoria and Ray did an amazing job from beginning to end. First Victoria was extremely careful and diligent about creating the perfect plan for our front and back yard. She at least visited us 3 times before she showed us her master piece :) Not only did they stick to the plan, they also have all the right connections to complete the job and they are always on top of things. Even when we had several setbacks in the process, Victoria was patient and helped us fix everything. At the end of the renovation, we couldn't be happier with the results. Victoria really cares about her clients and definitely will go a step further than anyone else in the industry.
