Description of Work: I had a fuel pump replaced and sway bar bushings replaced. The former, although not cheap, was actually a bit less then what was quoted. Courteous and efficient business.

+ -1 morePotter's Auto Care are really really great. We have the best people for fixing cars and they have very good price too. They have always done a very good job and have been very responsive. We have one thing that wasn't quite right and they said, "Immediately bring it straight back". And, they made it right at no cost. One of them was like $300, one was $400. It was all very much better than the quotes we've had on the dealership, the one that cost $300 they had quoted us $2800 with the dealership. Well, I would say that they are very reliable. They are really good, very knowledgeable and they seem to know about everything.
Description of Work: We have taken all three of our cars in all at one time at Potter's Auto Care. We've used them since we joined Angie's List, so it's probably just over a year.

+ -1 moreThe last time I used Potter's was in 2013. They are close to the house and they do a good job. I don't know how to rate the price because I don't use anybody else but they are probably consistent with all the other mechanics here in town- to stay in completion they have to be.

Description of Work: After two failed attempts with our local Honda dealer that charged us to assess/recharge air, our civic still ran hot. Potter's took extra effort to find leak and provide excellent service/reasonable price. I would gladly recommend them for their excellent care.

Description of Work: Truck had been running rough for awhile. Gas mileage was dropping, finally wouldn't start. Brought it in on a friday afternoon,late. Had it ready monday afternoon. Was informed monday morning prior to work being performed what was needed and cost, I agreed and approved. Truck hasn't run this well since I bought it. Very pleased with quality of work performed.

+ -1 moreFrom the first phone call based on Angie's List I was impressed with the professional way things were handled. They did the work in a very timely manner even repairing a PVC vacuum leak for no charge. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Description of Work: The air conditioning would not retain freon. They discovered a faulty switch which they fixed. The car was ready the same day.

Description of Work: We have used Potters for years aind are very happy with them. We took our chevy 4/4 truck in to have them check shifting from four wheel drive to regular problems we have had lately...they checked it out, said this can be a problem with 4/4 and what to do if it happens again and didn't charge us...when they have done work for us in the past, it has been done professionally and they have not done work which wasn't needed!
