I wanted them to come out and give us a quote but they never showed.

Excellent service provider! Omega Construction is a general contractor who uses only the best sub-contractors for your job. They were polite, detailed and accommodating to my schedule needs. This is a family run business, and they value their customers, following up to ensure the job is being done in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction. The sub-contractors cleaned everything up at the end of each day so I didn't face a mess around my home during the process. More work for them, but something Omega requires to ensure the customer's home doesn't look trashy during the process. In a day when contractors rarely clean up after themselves, this was a special touch I really appreciated. The home now looks brand new again. I plan to use Omega for all my home repair and construction needs.

Omega was very easy to work with. Started on time and their workers were very punctual. During demolition they covered the floors and stairs moved necessary furniture and built a tunnel of plastic to minimize dust. Electrical and plumber contractors came on schedule. Lost a week because of having to change Tile contractors. Job not yet finished but have been very pleased with the results so far.

I contacted the company to get a quote on a bath room upgrade. Someone from the company emailed me back promptly with a rough estimate based on the job description and bathroom size. The quote was more than I was ready to pay. i am hoping that in the next few months I will be able to reevaluate the project.

It was fairly good. They gave us an appointment and they came out and measured everything up. I guess it wasn't exactly what were looking for because were looking more of the design input from them and they were more of a just a structural builder. They didn't really gave us any design idea. And were looking for someone to come in and kinda help us out to figure out the best design and the material to use.

He was very professional and his estimate was just too high for me on what we could afford to do. They were giving an estimate per hour and it was just too expensive for us.

No work done.

Went great! Made great suggestions. Made sure area was contained so that dust and dabre didn't get carried throughout the rest of the house. Always cleaned up mess at end of each day. Stayed in contact throughout the process. Was very pleased with the outcome of the project. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Our townhouse had extensive wood rot from a water leak around the chimney. Tom Arnold, Omega Construction, removed and replaced the entire wall on both the first and second story, while the home was occupied. They did an excellent job.

The person from Omega came to provide an estimate for remodel over 3 weeks ago. To date I still have not heard back from the company. He asked if I located their company on Angie's List to which I replied that I did. He stated that the company has been overwhelmed by replies and basically that Omega has more work than they can handle. I thought more work was a good thing, but I guess not for this company as they wasted my time coming out for an estimate I never rec'd and they wasted their time by never intending to provide an estimate.

Mr. Dennis was very prompt and arrived at the scheduled time. The front entry door and back door needed adjustments I would definitely use Mr. Dennis again.

Mike came out and measured and we discussed what we wanted. the next crew came out and tore the old one down and hauled it away. then Brandon Cummins and his crew came out, and in two days it was finished, and beautiful! It is solid, straight, and perfect. We wanted a small shade cover, and Brandon figured it out..it's exactly what I wanted.

After 20+ years as a homeowner, I have finally found an excellent company to do all of the general contracting work I need for my home in Gulf Breeze proper....OMEGA CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN. They can do everything you need from the ground up. The company is headed up by Drew Dennis, President, and Brandon Cummins, Project Manager, and supported by their highly skilled team. These guys are fantastic! It is rare to find high quality work designed beautifully and at a reasonable price. They treat your home as if it were their own. They even put 2 or 3 layers of plastic over my floors and furniture to prevent any harm to my personal things. Omega has done many projects for me including remodeling the house I bought last year as well as building a custom made storage building in the back yard. I also had them rebuild my detached garage that was destroyed by termite and wind damage. Additional work included textured and stained concrete by the pool, painting the house and window tinting. I still plan for them to do my roof replacement and repair some electrical and plumbing issues in the future. They are actively involved in the community and support the schools and sports teams in our area. The word Omega literally means "great" and is also used to indicate the last or the end. This holds true for Omega Construction & Design as they are "great" and this is the end of my search for a general contractor who meets and even exceeds my high standards!!

Drew was completely professional and helped us find the right information and get the right answers for our issue.

What a pleasure dealing with such a knowledgeable and professional company as Omega Construction and Design. We were given a recommendation by a friend who used Omega for several projects with great results. Our plan was to simply have the exterior stucco of our home recoated for routine maintenace. I called the Omega Construction office and left a message expecting to hear back within a couple of days from someone. Within an hour, I received a phone call from the owner of the company and had an apppointment time set up for him to come out the following day. Drew was very polite and easy to talk to about the project, which we were very uncertain about. He gave us suggestions that we were not aware were available. He helped us decide on an updated modern color scheme that complimented the brick work on the house rather than giving it a dated look. Workers were out cleaning and prepping the house for its new coating within two days. All screens were removed and cleaned, vinyl siding, brick and windows were washed and prepped. Old caulking was removed from the windows and doors and replaced with new. During the prep work process, Drew found an area that had water damage on the main columns on front of the house. The damage was pretty significant once the stucco was removed. We were concerned that this would really hold up the progress of the project. Later that aftenoon the demolition was completed and the reconstruction of the damaged area was completed within two days. During this time we were deciding on paint colors. Drew had his team paint a wall and trim it out so that we could look at it for a couple of days before painting the entire house and being dissatisfied. Luckily, they were very patient with us as it took a couple of tries before we settled on the perfect color for our home. Drew and his team at Omega made this major project very pleasant and stress free for us. He reviewed the plan for the project with us up front and made it very easy to understand. He made frequent visits and phone calls during the project to keep us updated. Once the project was completed he came out and did a walk through to be certain we were pleased with all aspects of the job. We were very pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and the competitive pricing offered by this company and look forward to using Drew and the Omega team on our next project.

They were very responsive and went out to the property the same day we called.

I hired another contract by the name of Argeris Painting and they did a fabulous job!!

They did an excellent job, were very professional, and did an exemplary job cleaning up after each work day, and at the end of the job. They completed the entire job, with weather interruptions, in about a week. They seem to be able to take on a large variety of home improvement projects, and their workmen were very skilled. We fully intend to use them in the future for one already planned project (they're ready to go when we are), and a number of other strategic projects in the future.

They're professional. Their timeliness was not quite as good as the other company that also gave me an estimate but it was still reasonable. The guy who came to do the estimate was in a business attire. I found that kinda unique and odd as a contractor but he's dressed very sharply.

I'm a Realtor who was put in the position of locating a person who could handle the roof repairs of a home that was under contract. I contacted 5 other contractors before I was able to locate Drew Dennis. The other contractors wasted my time with excuses and at times not even returning phone calls. When Drew said he would come look at the roof he showed up on time. When he gave me an estimate of cost he stuck to it and was even willing to work on Sunday if need be to get the job done as we were under a tight time line to be finished for the scheduled closing date. I was very impressed with his work ethic and the fact that he did what he said he was going to do. I have no reservations in recommending Drew and will use him again in the future.

Drew is AMAZING. I am a Realtor and have been working with him for a few years now. If you want it done right, call Drew. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I have referred him to several clients who have all been satisfied. In our area it's hard to find people that are responsive and punctual and Drew goes above and beyond in every area of his job. We have had the oppurtunity to meet Brandon (project manager) and have spoken with Drew. They have treated our family well and been open to our ideas and budgets. Looking forward to doing work with them.

From our first encounter with Omega to our present day situation, we have been nothing but pleased with Drew and his team! They have always been hard-working (even working evenings and holidays), efficiently quick (actually a couple of weeks ahead of schedule on our original project), and clean (they clean as they go and do a final clean-up at the end of each day). The end result of our first project speaks volumes of the quality of work they provide, so it was no question that we would want them for our reconstruct. Drew is apparently a busy man with a creative personality (we found his ideas and input on our original remodel to be spot on), so we've found that text messages receive quicker responses that phone calls and voice mails.

I did not proceed any further. I did not take the photographs and email them to her. Again, if you can't make the effort and take the time to go out to the potential site of construction, you must not want or need my business. Omega, you may have lost a $20,000 renovation!! I wonder if you regret the way you chose to handle my request for a consultation and estimate.
