About us

We are independent participating contractors with FPL and we participate in their insulation program. We have been in this field for over 25 years, and offer customer satisfaction. We have financing available upon qualification through Syncrony and we also work with Ygrene and PACE programs. We strive to make each customer happy and take care of issue whether it is A/C related, duct related, or insulation related. Payment is due upon completion of job.

Thank you for the review, we were at your house the same day you purchased your deal, back on 6/29 the your unit was frozen up - missing freon, which your unit has the R22 which is very expensive - the outside coil was dirty - flushed drain line - defrosted system, our pricing is very competitive and I believe your issue with the AC was taken care if since I have not heard anything to the contrary in over 3 months, yes we do always show up when we make an appointment as we did with you. Description of Work: They provided the evaluation of the A/C and furnace as per contract. They inspected the attic to see ducts and made recommendations. It did not go.
Description of Work: The president of the company came out looked in the attic and gave us a estimated quote of 1300. when we got the actual quote it was 1800 dollars. When I asked why it was so much higher, instead of just answering the question she responded with an additional "you can look for someone else". Here people came out, who were late, looked in the ceiling, took a smoke break, said they would not do the job and left. The other owner called and got the standard lines which appear to simply be ways to continue to make the price rise.

The attic of this customer is very tight and I could not fit into to see entire job, the customer was standing in the hallway while we were on the ladder looking into the small attic, Jhonny is smallest technician I have and he went to job site today, he had to tell the customer that he could not do the job the way I thought it could be done, I did give them an approximate cost at their home and they told me, "just give us a number we won't hold you to it", then they try to do just that. I sent the estimate the following day and explained the difference was due to removal of metal and adapting the existing lines to the new box, they thought the cost was too high and I did advise them to seek another estimate to verify that I was giving them a fair price. They are taking the approach because we were honest with them this is bad customer service I beg to differ, being honest is the only way to be in any situation even if you have to admit you made a mistake by thinking that the job could be done one way when in actuality it could not be done, we did not install the a/c system that they have there and it is not our fault that the previous company did not address the duct issue when they had the unit out and maybe at that time something could have been done, I would invite anyone to take a look at how tight this attic is and see what they would have done differently. I will not make the same mistake twice, first of all don't give any cost until you have all details, second of all send the small technician which can get into the attic to see the full job before giving any indication that a job can be done, I wish this customer the best of luck in getting anyone to take on this difficult, or almost impossible job. I am sorry to admit I made an error by trying take on a job that I did not fully see, and believe me this will not happen again. This particular customer seems to think we wanted to raise the cost of the job which was not the case, we could not do the job at any cost, and we stand behind our work and if we can not guarantee that the job will be done correctly then there is no reason to start the job and this is what this customer was advised of, I am sorry we couldn't help them at any cost and because he was so upset he wouldn't take any rational reason and now he would like to try to give me a bad review for something that was out of my control. I was not the builder of his home, and I am so glad my technician didn't touch anything because this particular customer would not have been satisfied with anything we would have tried to accomplish. I would love to see how this particular job turns out and how any professional company can resolve this issue short of relocating the air handler to a better location, and I would guarantee the cost will be much higher than 1800.00.
