This is my first experience with your services, I scheduled a door installation, which was booked and then rescheduled due to the storm. I received a few names and phone number from different pro- finally I got in contact with Xavier, which cancelled the service one hour before the appointment, due car issues. then I got a call from John, also told me that I was not in his calendar, and he was already booked. then Jeremy V, that supposed to arrived on Sunday 20, he postponed for Monday and never showed up. I contact customer services and file a complain, then Nick From Angy texted me explaining that Jeremy was sent to another emergency call, that he will be working on getting me a new pro- today after 9am. not call, no pro. no follow up. Ending with my door inside my Livingroom. Also charged for the services that I never received, now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my refund back. I called customer services and cancelled my project and possible will cancel my membership. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICES.
