I paid what I thought was the higher end of the spectrum for an area rug cleaning. I expected a clean rug. The rug was not cleaned after the process. the following day i wiped it by hand with some woolite in a bucket and a clean rag because it had an odor. The water was filthy. I feel like I wasted my money. Very disappointed.

Extremely responsive and timely. Did a great job and I never felt pressure to have them do more work that would increase my costs.....BUT their suggestion to add one more chair to be cleaned fell within the overall minimum fee ...i.e. no additional cost to me! I highly recommend them.

I had a sofa, chair and rug cleaned. I had a tiny problem with the sofa cleaning. When this was brought to their attention they were quick to rectify my concern. All is well and I would call upon them again. Very nice, very concerned with doing a good job. (Tough to find people that actually care about their customers nowadays. These guys care.)

Repaired carpet. Had to cut a piece out of my carpet and replaced it with a left over carpet I had. We had a roof leak and only saturated a very small area. Pattern was very hard to match but he did an excellent job. Can see the seam a little but I expected that. I did not want to replace the carpet as I love the pattern. I would definitely hire for any of the work he offers. Very professional.
