Another company cancelled on me twice, I called Drain Mechanics and instantly felt relief! Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I knew it would be impossible to get someone out here(called at 4pm) The lady on the phone was incredibly sweet and got someone out here. Robert showed up and was polite and quick! I will 100% be calling them for the next pump!!

This is the second time I used drain mechanics. The first time was flawless. The second time, they had a problem with the hose and tank. Eddie and his partner assured me they would be right back. He was, with his supervisor Jose. They made everything right, they were professional, courteous and got the job done. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them for any plumbing project you have . Office staff was great also, they kept me updated through out the day. 5 Stars!

Don and Chris showed up on time, rang the bell, introduced themselves, and stated why they were there. I was impressed by the personal interaction and their pleasant countenance. Mark and Robbie arrived, located the tank and proceeded to unearth it. The covers were removed and a quantity of tree roots were found. They drained what they could and were friendly and courteous as they gave me ( a novice concerning septic systems) septic 101 ( a quick course in what needed to be done. Fantastic job and I would highly recommend them !! It will not be the last time that I will use Drain Mechanics !!

DrainMechanics were prompt and professional! From my initial phone call to actual service... Robbie and Eddie were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The lid to our septic tank was in need of replacement and after emptying the tank they promptly replaced with a new lid. I would use the company again and highly recommend!

I had to use them for an emergency on a weekend, I got charged for both tanks but I doubt that the tech pumped out both. From what I saw he shoved the pump in the first tank (yes I have pictures) and didnt see that he emptied the second one but sure took my $$. Had to have them out again 2 weeks later as tank was full again. Once opened PVC broken and twisted, hmm how did that happen? My suspicion is first tech. Was waiting for a call from owner but still waiting. Will not recommend

Robert & Stephen arrived on time and listened to us both about our problem. They did both sides and cleaned out septic filter for a little bit more than just cleaning out septic tank. BUT it worked! I can now go to the bathroom and wash my clothes without worrying if poopy water is going to be coming up in my shower! I've worked with many Septic companies since moving to Palm bay and none of them were as good as Drain Mechanics. Today I had my septic pumped out. Kalyb and Isaac came to my home on time, they were very informative, and provided good feedback. They fixed an issue we have been dealing with for months. Both Isaac and Kalyb were friendly and kept me up to date with everything they did.

I called to have some questions answered about my septic tank. The young lady I spoke to was pleasant and very knowledgeable. She had me scheduled quickly. The service guys arrived at the time I was told. It was Isaac and Kalyb. Both were very professional and got right to work. It was obvious to me that they knew what they were doing. I had questions and they were answered. Isaac shared with me that maintenance is important when it comes to septic tanks. Kalyb was very efficient. They both were very friendly. Even though the job was pumping out waste, it was a good experience. Thanks guys!

Our kitchen sink has been acting up (clogging and backing up) since we moved into this house some 4 years ago. Other local plumbers have come in and tried to solve the issue but none of them were successful. One actually recommended replumbing from the kitchen outward. Thankfully a friend recommended Drain Mechanics. It started with a simple phone call and scheduling process. They had a slot available in one day! The "window" was between 9 and 11 am - hours that we really needed to abide by due to work schedules. Dan, the plumber who was assigned to our job, showed up literally right on time. He called 15 minutes before the window started and advised he was on his way - and he pulled into our driveway right on time. Awesome start so far. Now here is what separates Drain Mechanics from the others. Dan listened patiently to what we've been through. He watched videos my wife had made and he discussed all of the possibilities. From worst case to most likely, he didn't start taking action until he had enough info to take informed actions. He assessed the situation, scoped the issue and immediately recognized the true issue. There were large clogs deep into the drains that had built up over years and prior plumbing visits had basically pushed the mess down further but had not freed it up. It was at this point he gave us the good news; it was not going to require replacement or anything major. He was going to get it fully unclogged. He worked for a solid 45 minutes using water pressure to push the mess down and out. And it was obvious that his efforts were successful. Noises of freed clogs sounded from the drain as his work paid off and the drain was cleared. He then tested, over and over, to ensure that his work was fully successful. It's been over a week now and we've had NO problems since he worked his magic. Dan and Drain Mechanics understand what it means to take on a job and to get it done right. And we are truly thankful that we now know a plumber who we can trust, with reasonable rates who still cherish the American ideal of doing a good job. Thank-you Dan - job well done by any measure. And thank-you Drain Mechanics for having people like Dan on your payroll!

Our business has 41 toilets and sinks & we often need repairs. We have followed Scott from his previous company for these repairs. He does a fantastic job & we are always satisfied with his work & wanted to keep using him. I called Drain Mechanics & requested Scott for our problems & the customer service was very nice & Scott came out the same day. We have also used them for our hot water heaters & kitchen sink repairs. Highly recommend this company!

Steve came out to install a small water heater in my kitchen and noted he needed a part which he didn’t have. He said he would get the part and be back the next day. He came back the next day as promised and he and Caleb went to work removing the old water heater and installing a new one. The did an exceptional job, cleaned up and took away the old water heater. They were friendly, professional and answered all my questions and concerns.

The two that performed the service (Josh and Robbie) were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They took the time to explain the process and provided information on replacing the filter if I wanted. I did need that. Excellent company.

The best the service tech was a pro. Dan Fixed my shower valve works perfect.Will use them next time. Very fair price.

As a 1st time home owner I have been overwhelmed and aghast by the costs of home improvements, especially plumbing services! HOWEVER, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALEXANDER HIPSLEY OF DRAIN MECHANICS showed up to my residence installed new plumbing in the addition AND gave me a GREAT DEAL with HONEST assessments to other small projects that might be needed in the future! I'm DEFINITELY calling Mr. Hipsley and drain mechanics again! With the money I saved Christmas will bring a hot tub installed by the BEST. thanks again Alex.
