Mike and associates were very professional and personable although it took the third scheduled appointment for them to arrive. Somehow I got lost in between appointments, but Mike tried to make up for it and his employee Alan did a very good job overall.

Twice made appointment to do work and both times Mike called at last minute to say he couldn't make it. Spent a whole Saturday waiting around only to have him cancel at the end of the day. Very dissatisfied.

Mike returned my call and came by the same day I left a message for him regarding electrical service. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, promptly ordered the part (which was difficult to find), and made the repair within a short period of time. Our overall experience was excellent.

Mike came out the first time for the estimate (with Brett, his assistant). He showed up ready in case I wanted him to do the job right then. I got his VERY reasonable estimate and then made arrangements for a 2nd visit. I decided to get a new electrical panel. After Mike mentioned the possible hazard with my existing panel, I went to my home inspection paperwork from when I bought the house 2 months prior. Sure enough, the inspector recommended the upgrade. I only forgot in the midst of buying the house, moving and reno. He was on time and a blast to be around. Mike shared his knowledge on what he was doing, and dummied it down for me when I asked (as I didn't know what a 220 was). I didn't think to ask about getting a 4 outlet for the garage workstation, as 2 would've been fine. He installed 4, and later when I used the circular, drill, jig saw and sander. I didn't have to unplug anything. I will definitely use him for my upcoming electrical projects.

Mike was on time, very polite, did excellent work. Because I don't have an attic, he had to drill a hole in the wall, and run the wires through a pipe outside, and then back inside again, which was a very good solution. There would have been no other way to install the special voltage plug that a dishwasher needs if he hadn't done that. It was very labor intensive, but he only charged another $50 for doing it.

Mike and his assistant spent a full day, as well as a portion of a second day, to complete all the items. He is very personable and makes good suggestions, on how to implement our requests, in the best way possible. We were happy with his responsiveness. He came to the house to give us a fixed quote in person (most firms didn't want to do that, they simply wanted to charge by the hour).

Mike Young was very prompt, friendly, efficient, and first came to look at work, give price and suggestions on how to do the work, and then we settled on a date and he showed up right on time, ready with the necessary materials and did all the work in an amazing 5 hours (with my assistance for minor tasks). I am VERY happy with the results and the way the work was performed and especially with Mike's great personality, taking time to explain what he was doing and suggesting alternate solutions that were less costly and more effective. I WILL use him for any further electrical work we need done as we are beginning a major remodeling project on kitchen and will need extensive electrical work. I can only give Mike the highest rating in every category. I am sure you could find someone a little less expensive, BUT not with the reliability that Mike has shown.

Mike came out to provide an estimate, then scheduled the work the same week. He showed up on time (called when he was on the way) and did an excellent job with the fans and outlets. I was comfortable having him (and his helpers) in and around my home, unlike some contractors. I feel the price was fair, and the quality of the work was very good.

HE CAME ON TIME AND CALLED WHEN HE WAS ON THE WAY TO OUR HOUSE. HE BROUGHT ALL OF HIS TOOLS AND AN ASSISTANT TO GO TO THE ATTIC FOR WIRING THE NEW OUTLETS. HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS WHEN HE WAS FINISHED. HE DID AN EXELLENT JOB.
