The crew arrived on time and confirmed worked to be done prior to starting so everyone knew what work was to be done. They set up and took great care to protect my home furnishings, floors, driveway and all areas they were working in and walking in and out of. Their finished work was great and I was 100% satisfied, they also cleaned up afterwards and took care when removing the debris. I have had Textures by Blue Sky Inc. on two other occasions for other areas and projects and as always I am very pleased with the company from start to finish. I will be calling them again for another project in the near future. I highly recommend them and feel as if you will be happy if you choose them for your projects as well.

We are doing a kitchen/family room remodel which involved some demo and ceiling repair by another company. This company was unable to finish the seams properly in time for the popcorn removal phase. Jose and his crew from Textures by Blue Sky arrived at 8am and within 3 hours had corrected the bad seams, removed all the popcorn, and applied the new knockdown to 700 square feet of ceiling. They did an awesome job and I was surprised at how quickly they did the work. The price was very reasonable and everyone was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will be calling them for my next drywall project.

The work was required based on a water damage insurance claim of $5100. The painting of the walls was taken off in favor of replacing the popcorn ceiling with knockdown texture, a cost the insurance company would not cover. With the exception of the crew going to the bill to house vs the actual service house, they were on time the 3 days following. Everyday a walk thru was done and there were no issues with the work done, including the cleanup of the site to almost the state it was prior to work start. The quality of the work was above expectations and there are no signs of the water damage that was there. Everything was A+ except price (calculated average on multiple sites) and TbBS was a little higher than average but probably because of quality costs. Would recommend TbBS for any future projects of this sort.

Everything was done online via email and text for the bid. They were efficient but I missed the personal touch of having someone review the area in person.

Everything went great. They showed up during the window time frame they gave me via our email correspondence and we did a walk through to show them the rooms needing worked on. They started to set up right away making sure our floors were covered with the plastic drop cloth and they also put a plastic cover around any furniture or other items we had moved to the center of the room. It took the crew of two workers about 4 1/2 hours to complete the job from start to finish. Clean up was easy as they just rolled up all of the plastic drop cloths that contained all of the wallpaper and they disposed of the trash. I would definitely recommend this company!

Two days ago this company came to my house to remove the popcorn ceilings in the entire house approx. 2,100 sq ft. They were on time, professional, and their team of 5 were organized and ready to work. They arrived at 7:45 and were done before 4;00pm. The job was exceptional and they left my house so clean. We have renovated the entire house and this company was by far the best. After 48 hours (drying period) they sent another crew of 4 to paint all the ceilings. Again they were on time, professional, called an hour before the job was complete and left my home in amazing shape. I left paint for them to cut in the walls to the ceilings where necessary and they did exactly that. The office staff was also excellent in answering questions, returning calls and doing what was promised. It's sad to say that I was shocked at their level of professionalism. They should be the rule not the exception. This company will be around for many years to come if they continue this level of customer service. I would recommend them to any one who asks......even if they don't ask! Thanks for a job well done.

The crew of 5 men showed up at my home at 7:45 as promised. They were courteous, professional and ready to work. I left my home and was called, as promised, approximately 1 hour before the job was done, which was at 3:00. I arrived home at 4:00 to be amazed at the job that these men did. It was excellent! The house was cleaned and cared for beyond my expectations! I have heard horror stories about popcorn removal so it was the reason that it was the very last renovation that we did in our 1988 home. If I had known about Popcorn removal.com I would have started from the top down instead of from the bottom up! I did a lot of research before I called this company and I'm so glad that I did. They did an even better job than I expected. Even after talking to Diane(Office Manager) who was so helpful, friendly and patient with all of my questions (Really? One day? Are you sure?) Do yourself and call, watch the video and HIRE them! You'll be so glad you did!

Everything went perfectly from the time I called for the quote through final payment after the work was complete. The person who took my call requesting a quote was very professional. Clay was right on time for the quote appointment. He promised the quote by email the next day and I received it as promised. I called and schedule the work (minus painting). Clay called me back and sent me the updated contract by email. So, the quote and scheduling was flawless. Luis and his team arrived to complete the work on time. He was very professional and nice. I walked him through the house and we discussed the work. We had 2 cabinets on top of the refrigerator and freezer that we hadn't installed on the wall yet and he let me know they wouldn't be able to get all the way back in that area with the new knockdown. I wasn't able to move them and we planned on getting them up on the wall, so I left letting him know to just do the best he could. I received my call that they were almost complete and came home. It is amazing how good it already looked. I walked around and noticed they had taken down the cabinets that were on top of the refrigerator and freezer. Luis and his team really went above and beyond doing that and I'm so grateful! I paid for the work and Luis answered some questions I had about painting, since we decided to do that yourself. We waited 4 days and painted on Sunday. There is a lot of effort that goes into painting if you do it right. We started by cleaning up the edge of the ceiling and wall. This was time consuming and touch on your upper body as I wanted it to be very nice for when we touchup the wall paint. Then we put on a coat for primer plus paint. We still need to spray paint the vents and put them back up. So, consider carefully if you want to paint the ceilings yourself or have it done for you. Everything looks AWESOME and I can't wait to save the money to get the bedrooms done! I highly recommend Textures by Blue Sky.

I would not hesitate to use this company again. The team was punctual and professional. They did all the work exactly as described and at the price quoted. We had opened up some walls and needed drywall repairs, they charged only for the boards they used and gave a price per sheet to include installation, taping, sanding and finishing. You cannot tell where the old drywall was and the new installed, it's beautiful work. The next day we had the entire house popcorn ceilings scraped and re-textured. Again, arrived on time and spent the better part of the morning covering everything from top of the walls to the floors in plastic before they started the project and then by the end of the day they were complete and cleaning up. There is a bit of cleanup left over after they leave but, that's to be expected with the work that is being done but, overall very neat and tidy. They returned a few days later to paint the ceilings and again wow!! what a great job, caulked all ceilings and then primed and painted the new texture...the ceilings look absolutely beautiful. Everyone from the office staff to the workers in your home are professional, courteous and talk about hard workers, there was not a minute of time that anyone just stood around, they worked and took pride in the finished product! I recommend them highly for any drywall, popcorn removal or ceiling painting project and the price was very fair!!

We had Textures by Blue Sky, Inc. come in a few years ago to do work on ceilings and walls during a kitchen and living room remodel and they did a great job. So now we have moved onto another room in our home and only wanted them to come back out to do the additional work due to the fact that we were so pleased with their employees, their work and the communication that is provided from their office staff. We will be using them again in the near future for other work in the house. Additionally, we have recommended them to other family members and they too have had work performed by them and have also been pleased with all the work that they complete to your satisfaction. All around, great professional company to trust that the work will be done right for a reasonable cost in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING!!! We were extremely pleased with the results, courteous service and overall process. It was amazing to see how thoroughly everything is covered! Each process (removal and painting) took only about six hours and when we came home, you would have never known work was done. No mess! I've heard horror stories about popcorn removal and with Textures by Blue Sky, no horror stories! I've already referred them and would definitely do business with them again.

I recently purchased my home and tried to live with the popcorn but I'm so glad I decided to have it removed. The whole process went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was terrific, very, prompt, help duo and neat.

Everything went just as Blue Sky said it would go. Estimate was given next day from my request by e-mail for service. Scope of work was explained and what our expectations were. Price was returned that afternoon and work was schedule for next week. Workers arrived on time on Day-1. Boss walked through job site and confirmed all work that was to be completed with myself and his crew boss. Drywall taping and mudding was the goal for Day-1. Crews went right to work and had job completed right after lunch. Crew boss had me walk through and check work before they left. It looked very professionally done unlike my work in other rooms. On Day-2 crews were on time and working with removal of popcorn and applying new texture to agreed upon areas. Work was completed at lunch time and clean up was completed. I walked through with crew boss and confirmed that job was done to my satisfaction and workers left right after lunch. Work was done very well, clean up was good enough because house was completely bare for renovations. We are very satisfied with the work, speed in which it was done and professional approach they had for our project. This work was completed in less than 2-Days which would have taken me about 2-weeks to do and looks very professional. Both days the crews were hard working men that didn't waste time and keep a steady pace. We chose Textures by Blue Sky because of their great ratings and reviews and were not disappointed. We would hire Textures by Blue Sky again if we need this kind of work in the future.

Very good experience. They placed plastic on all the walls and floors and removed the popcorn texture in about three hours. They applied the new texture and cleaned up. From start to finish was about 8 hours. They returned 3 days later to paint as well as touch up the walls in a few areas where there was peeling. All in all a great experience at a good price. Very happy with the finished product.

Initial and follow-up contact with the office staff was prompt, professional and courteous. A formal quote was provided the same day requested. It was a two day job to remove the old ceiling, replace it, prime and apply the knockdown texture. The crew arrived on time, were very courteous, professional, and took great care to contain the mess generated removing the old ceiling. On the 3rd day the paint crew arrived on time, were just as professional and courteous as the first crew, and completed the painting within a few hours. The new finished ceiling looks great. My future plans include replacing the popcorn ceilings inside my home. Textures by Blue Sky will be at the top of my list when I start getting quotes for this job.

We had the rooms practically cleared out. On the first day the workers arrived on time, protected the area and removed the popcorn and applied the texture. Total process was completed in under four hours. Painters came a few days later again everything was done equally fast. I am pleased with the results, but felt the price, which was after a cash and Angies list discount, was high for the area done and time spent compared to other reviews I read.

We are extremely impressed with all aspects of the job. From the timely response of getting a quote to scheduling the job all the way to the finished product (which all happened in less than 4 days). The house was vacant so the job was a little easier than most, however, on the day of the install it was raining and I was worried about the mess that would be made. I was so very impressed. I could not even tell they had been there. No foot tracks around the house and no mess anywhere in sight. Everything about the job was extremely professional and we can't wait to use the company again in our current home.

Some of our old popcorn finished ceilings were peeling in family room and dining room, plus the drywall tape was falling in the garage ceiling. The indoor ceilings included the front hall, living room and dining room that all run together and the family room. Clay arrived promptly to give the estimate on Dec. 2. It was our choice to schedule in Feb. after the holidays and company. He told us that the garage ceiling would really need a complete renovation due to its condition. Therefore, we decided to do the inside ceilings only. Clay was very clear about what the men would do and what we needed to do. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the work. The popcorn removal crew arrived at time and date as scheduled, about 8:15-30 on Monday. They were polite, careful and thorough. They covered our driveway and sidewalk, as well as walls and floors with plastic and went to work. They were finished by noon and ceiling looked better already even without the paint. Everything was clean and neat. I noticed a couple of places with a bit of plaster which was quickly wiped away. The painters arrived early on Thursday, covered floors, furniture and some other things with plastic. They rolled two coats of Kilz ceiling white paint on the ceilings. They were finished by noon and left the remaining paint with us. Very polite, friendly, thorough and neat. Note: Clay had told us that the wallpaper in the hall might be damaged by the tape holding up the plastic. There were a few spots where a little of the paper did come off. Fortunately, we had extra so can repair it. We couldn't remember if Clay had mentioned moving shelves away from walls so we called the office and were told that the workers need over 1 1/2 ft clearance. Therefore we moved all the books from some 12" deep shelves. The workers said that wasn't necessary, but now we have sorted books, so that worked out okay. Clay said his crew wouldn't remove the AC vents, but we wanted the ceiling to be finished under them. We removed and place screws in holes in order to find the holes in case the new texture covered them. That was a wise move. We also pulled the can lights down, but men said they would have done that. If you stay home during the work, be sure you are able to reach the bathroom and don't plan to cut through the rooms being repaired. They hang plastic over all the doors so you can't cut through. We would highly recommend Textures by Blue Sky. Excellent work, efficient, friendly, and very neat.
