Description of Work: We bought our home 16 months ago and asked Terminix (used by the former owner) to continue termite and pest control service. Terminix was unable to correctly switch the names on the account and direct bills, correspondence and emails to the new owners. I finally determined that their info systems were so ill-designed that it would be better to terminate services. Even after I terminated services at their national number, the local branch still came out and tried to perform services a month later. I've cancelled services again but it's hard to tell if that will be communicated to the local staff. Even though the local office didn't know services were terminated, their marketing department did. The sent several letters to my billing address saying "please come back" - addressed to the former owner.
