A search for "stucco repair" on Angie's List led me to this company and its owner, Jeff Whitehead, and, wow, did I strike it rich.  Not only did Jeff repair the stucco to perfection (a job that some so-called handymen had refused because it was too small a job for them), he also did several other odd jobs around my home (again to perfection) that, because of age or infirmities, I had been reluctant to undertake.  And based on my past experiences, his charge for all of the work he did was about half, I'm guessing, of what the cost would have been had the work been performed by one of those nation-wide, franchised "handyman" companies.  Jeff charged by the job, not by the hour.  One thing that really impressed me about this company was that its phone was always answered -- no "please leave a message and we'll return your call as quickly as possible."  And Jeff always did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it.  Too boot, he's a very nice, polite, personable guy whom I trust.  Jeff and his company are now my "go-to" guys for any home repairs or improvements I may need in the future.

Jeff responded quickly to my tennant's issue of water leaking from an upstairs bathroom. Based on my description, he guessed it was one of a typical set of problems, some inexpensive. He was right, and the fix took him a short time, so much so he did it at no charge! He's honest, straightforward, punctual flexible. Give him a try!

What a mess I have. I have wall cracking in two bathrooms, my master bedroom and home office. The source of the problem was unknown and while other contactors didn't seem to have the experience or knowledge to deal with such an issue, Jeff, at Sheldon Homes, took a real interest in helping resolve the problem. Over the past six months, Jeff has been professional and supportive as I bring suit against my insurance company for what he determined was a shower drain failure. As I deal with the aggravation caused by my insurance company, I consider it a blessing to have found Sheldon Homes. Rare to find this kind of professionalism.

Jeff gave us a estimate to repair what he thought the problem was and I told him to proceed with the work. He ran water on the roof and found the leak and repaired it and ran water on the roof for 1/2 hour and it appeared that the leak was repaired. He said that if we had any problems to call him.

I would say that communication and professionalism is 100 percent with this guy. He is a great guy. We had a downpour for three days straight here in Florida about two weeks ago and I had 12 properties that were leaking. He repaired all 12 houses in two days and I haven't had to call him back. I give him the highest ratings across the board.
