Description of Work: My motorhome windshield was chipped by a rock. Safelight repaired the chip the same day by filling the chip with repair resin. The repair is virtually invisible. Excellent work.

Description of Work: I had the windshield replaced on a 2000 Dodge Ram Van 3500. I made the appointment and took the van into a shop near Orlando. The repair was completed while I waited. The service and work quality were satisfactory in all respects.

Description of Work: Safelite was the preferred vendor through Allstate, and had windshield replaced 3 times in 3-4 month period. First the windshield was replaced and during installation learned from Safelite technician it was not replaced by original manufacturing glass. Because my car was leased both Allstate and Safelite should had already had known that a leased car requires original manufactured glass per lease agreement. So had it replaced for a second time. Not fault of the technician during second installation, but it started to rain in the middle of switching out the glass and everything was soaked. Two months later, windshield had spontaneous cracking, so I had it replaced for a third time. They sent out a very experienced technician, who took a lot of time and covered up all the need parts of the car and I was confident he did a thorough job. In addition, to all the this, the molding around windows warped twice and found out it was a manufacturing defect. Before I scheduled Safelite the 3rd time, I made sure they provided provide non-defective moldings. Fortunately, insurance covered the expenses. If you have to pay for it on your own, make sure they offer you a warranty and if you prefer to have the original manufactured glass (OMG) it must be requested by you, they do not volunteer that information.

Description of Work: About 6 months ago they replaced a windshield on a 2013 Ford Explorer. I would not hire them again. They did a horrible job. I had to go back one extra time and they didn't fix it well.
