Their service turned out very well and I would certainly use them again.

The windshield makes a noise when I drive. They were on time. I called them back but the end result is I don’t think it can be fixed. The technician gave his best effort.

It was pretty good. They worker didn’t completely remove the crack and I can still see it. It was satisfactory. The worker seemed like he was in a real hurry. I was very happy with them the prior time that I used them.

Our auto insurance company set up the service visit. Tech called with a time window and showed up when he said he would. Installation was quick and good quality.

My vehicle windshield got chipped by a flying rock on I-4, called my insurance company and this was the closest contracted auto glass repair business. I wish I had done my own research, rather than taking the insurance agents recommendation. Initially everything went fine with the scheduling process, I was scheduled for next day service (called on Monday, service to be performed on Tuesday) to come out to my house and repair the chip. Since the damaged area was smaller than a quarter and outside the direct line of sight, there was no reason to go for an entire windshield replacement. About 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, I received a call to cancel the appointment, as the tech had gotten into an accident on I-4 and would not be able to make it that day. OK, that's understandable. I was told someone would call the next day to reschedule. Did not receive a call the next day, but was called the day after that. New appointment time was made for a Sunday at 11 am. The appointment time comes and goes, no call from the service tech and no phone call until around 2:30 pm. Tech tells me he will be on his way shortly, can I please call him back to confirm I am at home. I call him back and then he proceeds to ask me if it's raining at my location, because he will not be able to make the repair in the rain. I tell him there's no rain, he says he'll be there in about 20 minutes. He shows up about 45 minutes later, takes a look at the chip and proceeds to tell me the damage is too severe for a repair, the entire windshield needs to be replaced. I will need to call my insurance company and get the claim switched over to replacement, rather than repair. Bottom line, I doubt he wanted to do any work that day and telling me the chip was unable to be repaired was the easy way out. Thanks for wasting a large portion of 2 days off. Cannot speak to the quality of their work as we never got that far. Went with a different glass company for the windshield replacement as I was unwilling to get jerked around by these guys for a 3rd day.

Beware of the pre-service marketing and quote methods. They direct you to the website to get a quote and schedule service. Seems like there are at least 2 tiers of pricing, once for paying yourself and one for the insurance company paying. Discover this yourself by selecting different options before you finalize. Please note, the quote you get from the internet does not include the cost of them coming to you. When I called the local repair location the call is directed to a call center making it impossible to talk to anyone local. Very unimpressed with what I consider shady marketing tactics. I plan to try them for the repair as I anticipate they have a lot of experience with my particular issue. But the initial impression of how these folks conduct business leaves a lot to be desired. I plan to go to the store rather than wait at home or office for them to show up within a 4 hour window, disrupt my day and charge me an extra fee for supposedly and quot;mobileand quot; service.

My first call to have this window replaced and a small ding in my windshield repaired was over $1000. I questioned that pricew as I had already priced the part at the dealer. Suddenly the price was dropped to around $500.It seemed pretty clear I would be given 1 price if I was using insurance and another if I was not. Wonder what the true cost was? I was in a hurry and was told I could be accomodated that afternoon. when I arrived there was no record of my appointment. I asked what it would take to get my rear window replaced and nothing else. Now the price was under $200 if I paid without insurance. So, they got me in and fixed my window quickly but their pricing policies seem shady at best.

I have an expensive windshield with electric heating apparatuses in the glass, so I was afraid that I'd have to replace the whole thing when I got a very small chip in it. Not so! They did a great job with the repair, even pre-warning me that there may be a small water spot-like area, which I could barely see. They were punctual, polite, and the price was right. I will definitely use this company again.

I was very pleased with them! I had a discount through Angie's List, but didn't need to use it, as they suggested that I did not need to use their services. The glass was not broken or cracked, it was actually the regulator for my window that was the problem. Thank you for not trying to take advantage SafeLite.

I had an amazing experience with them. When I requested a service call they came out the same day and took care of it. I would use them again in the future.

Safelite billed our insurance company, which covered the entire amount. We had a small crack (about a half-inch) in the windshield. Called and made an appointment, and Safelite sent a guy to my office. We showed him the car and the crack, and he fixed it there in the parking lot. Took less than a half hour. We can still see the crack just a bit, but it is sealed and will not spread, which was the point in getting it fixed.

Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. the bulk of the cost was absorbed by my insurance company. However a year later I am seeing seperation of the seals around the new windshield so the long term quality of the installation may be in question.

They came to my house and were on time. I don't know if the quality of the windshield is the same as the original that came with my car, but it's fine.

A truck passing me on the highway threw gravel onto my car. One stone crack the windshield. I had heard about the acrylic repair but did not want to report to the insurance company. The cost was $120.00. The repair was scheduled the same day. I took the car to the shop, but they will also come to your home. Very pleasant experience and professional service. Everything was explained ahead of time. The shop was clean and pleasant. The repair took about an hour. Ther is a tiny spot where the repair was done--looks like a little smudge on the windshield. They told me this would be how it would appear so it wasn't a surprise. A whole lot better than getting a new windshield! Ver pleasant experience.

Made the appointment online and had 2 choices: take the car in the same day or wait for next day for at home service, I decided to drive to the shop, the front office person was very friendly, and my car was taken in within 10 min. In a little over an hour my car had a new windshield and to my surprise there was no charge!!. The windshield was not repaired, it was replaced, the interior was vacuumed, the rear view mirror and sunpass were installed, even the oil change sticker and my employer stickers were replaced. They give you a small cool looking folder with all the paperwork inside. The glass is just like the original no difference.

Cracked windshield was replaced within a couple of hours of my call to Safelite. The staff on the phone were excellent in determining what I needed. The repairman arrived promptly and was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. This was very convenient as all the work was done in the driveway.

Triumph Auto Glass replaced the front windshield of our car. Shortly afterwards, I was driving in the rain on the interstate and my windshield wipers did not work. I couldn't see in the driving rain so it was very scary. At our car dealership we were told that the windshield wiper was not screwed back properly when the windshield was replaced. We paid the dealership $80 to have the windshield wipers replaced.

THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE LOCATION ON THE CORRECT DAY. IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO GET THE TIME AND LOCATION CORRECT. THE REPLACEMENT LEAKED DURING THE NEXT RAIN. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF THREE PHONE CALLS TO GET ANY ONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I BELIEVE IT WAS BECAUSE THE 800 NUMBER DOES NOT LET YOU TALK TO THE PEOPLE DIRECTLY, THEREFORE IT IS A LOT OF HE SAID SHE SAID BEFORE ANYTHING GETS TO THE RIGHT PERSON.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS QUIET ENJOYABLE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE OUR TRUCK INTO THE SHOP TO BE FIXED. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO MY HOME AND DID THE REPLACEMENT WORK.
