Description of Work: They left razors on my driveway, they left pieces of glass on my dash and in the car. I called to report the issues, their reaponse - Lackluster at best. No-one came out to resolve the issues nor did they follow-up.

Description of Work: I had a crack in my windshield and my insurance company covered all cost. The technician was friendly and professional. I was emailed a confirmation that included a picture of the tech that was coming out. I also received a call from the tech when he was on his way. The replaced the entire windshield in approx 30 mins. The tech answered all questions and was very professional.
