Description of Work: Repaired rear bumper on my 2010 Lexus. They did an outstanding job - looks like new. Work was done in 3 days at the estimated cost. Will definitely return if any other work is needed.

Description of Work: Replaced passenger side front door on my 2014 Highlander after it was crunched after hitting a pole in parking garage. Car was completed on time. Repair looked great. One slight issue was that the rear view mirror was not securely screwed down (was loose) and also the door handle was not hooked up and could not be opened from inside. I brought it back the next day and they immediately took the car into the shop and had it ready in 15 minutes.

Description of Work: They did a fantastic job replacing my front end bumper after someone backed up I to me in a parking lot. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They even made sure the job was paid for by the other party.:) If I am ever in another situation involving my car needing auto body work, I will definitely be returning to Rudy's! Thank you.:)

Description of Work: We had a minor bump on front right fender of wife's favorite 2003 Mustang; pretty much cosmetic, but really noticable. Not covered by insurance, so we were a bit concerned about the cost and complexity of what we hoped was a simple repair. Found Rudy's on Angies List, they were very responsive and helpful on the phone, took the care in and owner Mark came out personally and gave a very detailed explanation of options, seemed very concerned about fixing it quickly and as inexpensively as possible - completely understood we were paying, not an insurance company. They offered the following week, we dropped on on Monday and picked up on Thursday - slight delay because Mark wasn't happy with a couple of the parts and sent them back, pleased he took the time to be careful - and they even fixed a window lift at no charge (contacts just needed cleaning, tho I authorized them to replace if necessary). Repair looked great, price was exactly as quoted, even better than we expected, and staff was very pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely use them again.
