Though I was told they guarantee their work, when chinch bugs killed 3/4 of my lawn, they took no responsibility -- said you have to wait for it to come back. I had to pay another $600 to have the dead grass removed and new St Augustine sod put in by another company. I won't be renewing contract w/Massey. What the heck am I paying them for? I can pay no one and have all the grass die. Complete and total waste of money!!!!

Determined fumigation was needed on opne of the properties inspected. Ended up having the fumigation done directly through another provider (Massey outsources that), which cost 30%-40% less. Overall Massey does a thorough job, hawever it is rather pricey and it does tend to push its contracts as many of the tecnicians are also salesmen.

Yard has bare spots and azaleas died. Despite being paid nearly $2,400 per year, the problem was never their service always ours.

They've been good to work with overall! We've had some issues, but we're planning on them coming out to resolve those issues.

They were by far the most expensive (by more than 50%) but firmly promised they had a chemical that will kill the weeds from my Bahia grass without browning the Bahia and Sedge grass (which is almost more prevalent than the Bahia). If this is not the case they deserve a huge F grade for lying, not delivering and WAAAY over charging. If they can do it, then they deserve an A. But not for price!

The Massey representative happened to knock on our door just after we had been discussing getting pest control. We had seen some large bugs in our new house. Also, subterranean termites are very common here in Florida so my husband was concerned about that. The rep was very polite, gave me a lot of information, explained everything they did in terms that were clear. We ended up getting all their services because we live in Florida, where there are a lot of problems with pests. The servicemen came to the house on time, even a little early. They did all the work that we ordered. I felt they were very thorough with the work they did as well as polite. They cleaned up any mess they made. I would definitely recommend them to other people. They got rid of a lot of wasp nests, they sprayed outside the house, they put in-ground bait traps for termites all around the house and they put a non-spray pesticide (it was like some kind of paste) in all the areas that bugs use to get in the house: every cabinet, every place a pipe or lines came into the house. They come every quarter to check the traps and if there is a need, they will spray again or put in new pesticide. They service the lawn to keep that in good condition.

They are an excellent service. We have a contract with them.

They leave a service report to know that they have been there. I'm very satisfied with their work.

They did not perform a thorough inspection. They did not check inside the house or in the back yard. I do not see how they could check for treatment when they are only checking the front exterior of my house. I do not feel that they performed an appropriate inspection of my house.

They are excellent. Great service.

I had to call them back a few times because they missed some spots. The last time I had to call about their service, it was a rush job that was not up to standards.

The house service comes every 3 months and the yard service comes every 2 months. I'm not here at this home thruough the summer but my neigbors tell me that they are here every 3 months. I had a problem with wood beetles while I was in Los Angeles and called them and they went right to my house to take care of the beetles. They are really good and reliable.

We had a contract with the company before Middleton bought them out and Middleton didn't want to honor our contract. They are horrible, they treated the inside once and said they didn't have to do it again. They would come out and pull the stakes out of the ground and not put them back in and then tell me they don't have the equipment to do it. I would call the office because they would bill me but no one would have come out and they would say they would come out when they can. They told me I have to pay whether they came out or not. The office help was rude, too. I was really upset with them and I wouldn't recommend them to any one.

COMMUNICATION ISSUES. DID NOT CLEARLY COMUNICATE PROCEDURES.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED FOR THE SERVICE, A REPRESENTATIVE HAD SAID THAT THE EXTERMINATOR, LARRY, WOULD CALL RETURN MY CALL SOON. I DID HAVE TO CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO GET LARRY TO RETURN MY CALL. HIS RESPONSE WAS VERY QUICK AND CERTAINLY ACCEPTABLE AFTER THAT.
