Quick and dependable service

Hired them to remove a mature tree in February 2022. The job included tree removal and an extra charge of 150.00 for stump and root grinding. The tree removal was smooth. Stump grinding⠦⠦ not so much. A half dozen roots still remain above the ground that the tech couldnâ t see because he didnâ t take and clean as he went. So when I was raking up the wood chips I noticed these roots still there. I called the office at which time they asked me To send pictures as if they didnâ t believe me. So I forwarded the pictures and⠦⠦.. Hereâ s the Rubâ ¦.. I never heard back from them that afternoon. When I tried calling them to follow up⠦⠦.. THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!! Horrible customer service. Stay away from these ripoffs. They donâ t care about their quality or customers. Hopefully they go out of business soon.to spare other consumers this same aggravation and wasted money.
