I hired this company to remove a yucca plant and grind the stump. During the estimate, the owner asked how wide the opening to my backyard gate was, and I measured it in front of him. He said ok. They rescheduled on me twice, and then ultimately said they couldn’t get their stump grinder in the backyard despite having the measurements beforehand. They illegally amended the contract I signed with a different amount of money and different scope of work, and demanded immediate payment. When we contested this, as we clearly hadn’t accepted the finished product, per their own contract stipulations, they started acting aggressively and threatening to put a lien on our house, called us screaming obscenities, texted threats, and even showed up in person with cops to try to intimidate us into paying. Mind you this is all happening ON THE SAME DAY that they issued us this bill. Never in my life have I ever had a less professional interaction with a company.

I am incredibly happy with the recent service I received from Lady Mariaâ s. From the time of the first call to the end of the job was a breeze! They took the time to quickly and fully understand the work I wanted done, gave excellent (competitive) quotes, and completed an insane amount of work in ONE DAY!!! The team was brought in to remove a severely over-run and badly decaying hedge across the width of my back yard. Weâ re talking decades old with random trees and awfulness. They ended the project early so I could work with my irrigation tech and were able to schedule service THE VERY NEXT DAY to complete stump grinding. Great communication. Thorough clean up. Very impressed with the overall experience. They honored a quote even though it was 5 months old. Showed up early, communicated well throughout the entire job. The guys worked quickly. They even cleaned up any debris that the wind blew to the Neighbors yards. They made sure i inspected the job before they left. Very professional very reasonably priced.
