I can't say enough good things about them. From working with other firms I realized that they gave me a fair price so I hired them without checking other places. I am so glad I did. They did an excellent job. They came when they said they would, kept in contact, did exactly what I wanted, even cut an extra branch or two and were very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up beautifully. Save yourself the time of checking other places and go with them.

The lady and co-owner of this contractor was very nice up until the job was done and I called to notify that the crew had cut my internet cable in the front yard. Everything was good, Domingo the co-owner came to my home and gave me a quote for the project. At that time I was trying to get the best price and I let them know that I was that I was still trying to get different quotes. They said it was OK and that they would be willing to match any lower price that any other competitor may offer, and so they did. We said the project day for today and the crew showed up on our 8 AM in addition to the original work I called her and asked her if I could additional trees to record her to give me a quote and I said that he was OK when the crew was done with their project I noticed that my Wi-Fi one off I checked inside to make sure that my route it was OK but then when I went outside to the front yard. I saw that the cable the fiber optic cable was cut. I called Daissy and she said that the damage was not covered by the company and that was stated in the contract. In a very rude tone Chi told me that everything was in the contract, that I needed to take five minutes to read it. After 5 to 10 minutes. She called me back with her husband on the line, Domingo. She was very defensive and had an argumentative attitude. She was basically berating me, and all the time was telling me that that damage was in the contract that he was not covered. Domingo was more understanding, and had more concerns with my experience. He was more apologetic, but Daissy clearly showed me that she did not care at all after the job was dine. All I wanted to do was to report the damage to the Internet cable and potentially get compensation for that because in order to fix the cable I have to contact AT&T and they need to send a technician which is going to cost me an additional $100. In the end, because the conversation was going no where (Daissy would not even let me speak) i decided to let them know that I would take care of the broken internet cable and I thank them for their service. Now aside from the broken cable, did their crew do a good job? Yes Is the customer service what is expected pf a a business? No, not at all. If you end up hiring them be sure to read the contract and know they will not cover any damages incurred to your electrical wiring or any other wiring.
