Very professional, when we contacted them by phone they either answered immediately or got back to us within a few minutes which was important to us. The finish job was far above our expectations, in detailed workmanship. Extremely happy from start to finish and would strongly recommend them.

Jim and his crew performed expertly. They arrived on time and immediately went to work, It appeared everyone knew their expertise and made short work of refacing our kitchen cabinets. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome.

*****UPDATE:*** changed my rating from 4.5 to 3. 1st, the owner never apologized for any of my issues. I sent them a detailed email of all the issues I came across with photos. The office personnel lady profusely apologized but apologies mean more from OWNERS. 2nd, they arrived today to fix my issues and Jim was UNPLEASANT and seemed as though my service call was inconveniencing him. He abruptly shut me up when I was trying to discuss all the issues and in doing so neglected to address all of them. He stated --we will go over all of it, you made yourself clear--. Yet, he neglected to fix an unsightly gap I have in one of my corners due to shutting me up and not letting me TALK. Still left a LOT Of unsightly GLUE marks and missed one of the internal cabinet damage. Here are a few things: they ripped paint off my walls (did not address), they put two gouges in my wall they did not address, in removing the old laminate they stripped the inside of my cabinets and did not do such a great job in correcting those markings, missed the inside of one cabinet w/ said strip marks, I showed him an unfinished border area that was not addressed. They rushed my project and rushed the service call. I do not know about all these other reviews, but my experience was subpar with the install team/service call. BE WARNED they did NOT protect my vinyl floors during installation, put up PLASTIC WITH HOLES in it that was not secured to the floor and got dust in my living room, left saw dust all over my garage and items w/in my garage. I spent 30-45 minutes after they left cleaning GLUE off my floor due to them not even protecting it, and another 2-3 hours cleaning glue off the inside borders of my cabinets, one dude slid my stove across the floor w/o picking it up, they got glue on my walls that I cannot peel off w/o stripping the paint. Other than any warranty issues that may arise in the future I would rather not deal with them (Jim rubbed me the wrong way), I will just address the subpar corrections myself...adding another few hours to my time to clean up after them. Besides that the materials they use are AWESOME and my kitchen is beautiful...workmanship could use a lot of work.

They were great to work with. Excellent quality and workmanship! Very nice crew and took care when installing and cleaning up afterwards! Am so very pleased with my new cabinet & drawer fronts and refacing of framework. Definitely a pleasure to work with from home estimate to finish product! Love the new look of my kitchen!
