Very realistic when discussing the budget and offered alternatives when materials or features were going to exceed our expectations.

I was satisfied with them. They were working on my house in Orlando and I was out of town. They did a pretty good job considering I was out of town. I have had trouble with people in the past. I didn’t have any trouble with them. I got what I expected. I had problems too; they came back and addressed those problems. He had recommended a friend to come out and do some work. The person he recommended didn't do it very well at all. He tried to destroy a light fixture. Then I had to have him come back and redo it. When he did, he didn’t hook it up right. So I had to get somebody else to come in and finally do it.

We meet with I-4 twice once to have our kitchen counter tops put in. We purchased the granite through I-4 from Mystic Granite. I -4 told us how much to buy and the approximate cost of fabrication and installation. I-4 used Stone World to cut polish and install the granite counter tops. They all did a great job. They even allowed us to review the granite at the fabricators location to pick out what grains we wanted to put on certain areas of each counter top. They did a professional job of cutting, matching and installing the counter tops. Subsequently, we went back and had a bath counter top made and shower seat. Each job was done with precision and professionalism.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quality of cabinets and countertops was excellent for the price. I appreciated that Junior helped me stay in my budget and didn't try to up-sell me at any point. He is creative and has good suggestions on design. His staff was professional and he followed up on all the work to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

In the beginning it was great. They were very friendly and very prompt and their prices were the best. Having the remodeling done was another story, unfortunately. On the first day, the contractors were upset asking, why my old cabinets were still up.... Apparently, he usually only installs cabinets and does not take the old ones down. While installing my brand new cabinets, the contractors banged a few cabinets up with scratches and chips. They were not very gentle with the handling of my new cabinets. Once I told them about the chips, they said, we have paint to fix that...... I had to have the contractors redo many things over. The toe kick, which is under the cabinets, never lined up to the baseboard. The backsplash, was never put in do to a miscommunication problem. The granite slab I ordered was all used in my kitchen and bathrooms. I-4 Kitchen and Baths did try to find me some extra granite but could not find anymore granite in the same lot number. I had three sinks installed and all three sinks ended up leaking after the contractor left. This would not have been a problem but I travel for a living and was not home do to traveling. I came home to small puddles under my sinks. The contracotrs were very nice but I feel they were just doing a job to get paid and did not really care about the quality of their work. They cracked my microwave while they put it back and never told me. I found a silver metal part that belongs on the oven/stove and the contractor said, you don't need that, its just a safety latch so the oven does not fall if a child climbs on it. He never reattached the safety latch back on the over. My kitchen and bathrooms do look great!! The office employees at I-4 Kitchen and Baths are wonderful but I feel the contractors are just a little better than mediocre. I had to stand over the contractors the whole time while they installed my cabinets. I would use I-4 Kitchen and Baths in the future, but I just feel I should not have to stand over my contractors. They are the professionals, and should do their jobs to perfection.

The project itself is a little stressful but with the guidance we received from everyone in I-4 Kitchen Bath we could say it was a good learning experience with almost no stress. The cabinets took about 4 1/2 weeks to arrive the install was scheduled very precisely when the cabinets arrived. After the cabinets were installed Junior had the fabricators come and template where the countertops were going to be installed. The countertops were installed about 11 days after. Junior was very detailed in everything, even taking into consideration a special area for the dogs... I really appreciate the fact that this company took the time and care to direct us in the right direction for all our needs. I also want to point out that in previous homes I have had that we had to remodel the companies rushed to to everything and a lot of details were missing from the jobs. I-4 KItchen Bath took the time to make sure the details were there to make the kitchen what it is now. Junior, the owner puts videos on youtube and I hope he will find the time to come and make a video of our new ktichen so anybody out there that is in the market to have a kitchen remodel will take into consideration a company that is professional, caring and will do what it takes to make their customers happy. Thank you for all the hard work. Also, thank you for recommending Javier your handyman, he was also very affordable and detailed in his work.

He is great, and the price is reasonable! You don't have to call him to find out what's going on he is good about calling you! It's been excellent!

Experience was positive. Installation was timely and professional. Minor concerns were resolved expeditiously and satisfactorily. Jr and Terry were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. A good experience.

I was extremely happy with everything done in both of my homes. My kitchen and bathrooms were designed by Junior (owner). The price was very reasonable compared to 3 other companies that gave me quotes. I really liked the quality of the cabinets and countertops. The job looks better than I expected. I have to say I've had experience with other companies years ago and there is no comparison to I-4 Kitchen Bath. Both the cabinet installers and the countertop installers were very detailed and professional in their work. I felt I-4 Kitchen Bath really cared. The customer service provided is excellent. I would definitely have I-4 Kitchen Bath for any future work I plan to have. I recommend them!!!!

Terry was able to arrange shipping to my doorstep, which saved me the hassle of hauling it home. I requested the driver contact me a half hour before he arrived at my house so I could meet him there. He did, and I was able to load the cabinet into my garage. The cabinet is absolutely beautiful! I built a 3" wide spacer for the side of the cabinet using a section of the toe kick to allow for a slightly larger counter top. Terry and Junior are very professional and easy to work with. If I ever dig up the cash to remodel my kitchen, I am calling Terry for an estimate. I appreciate his attention to detail even with the single cabinet I purchased. I am very pleased with each interaction I had with them.

We used Angies list because we do not live in the area and have no way of knowing the best and worst contractors. I4 Kitchen and Bath worked with us on our limited time schedule for meeting with us in our home during our short visit there. We used I4 Kitchen & Bath to replace all of the laminate counter tops in our vacation home with granite and to replace the plumbing fixtures. The latter was done by an independent plumber lined up for us by I4. I4's estimate was on time, professional and accurate in regards to the costs and the installation of the counter tops. They gave us a guesstimate on the plumbing costs which in the end, was double the guesstimate. The plumber they normally used wasn't available and in a pinch we had to go with an alternative who took advantage of the situation and had to come back to address a leak associated with the install. In hind site we should have lined up our own plumber in advance and try to co-ordinate the project. But again, we live 900 miles away and co-coordinating several vendors would be quite difficult. We had a tight timeline as we rent our home to vacationers and have to schedule between them for any upgrades or repairs. I wish we could have found a company that employed its own plumber, but any of the companies we contacted either wouldn't do such a small job,( i.e. not a complete redo with cabinets and such in addition to the granite) or they wouldn't have anything to do with the plumbing portion of the job. I4 was the only company that would outsource for us. Even with the issues we had I appreciate this effort. The owner of I4 is wonderful and he personally come to our home, on a Sunday, while we were there to address our concerns and questions. We could not have been more impressed with his honest dedication to his company's reputation. He made sure the plumber quickly addressed the leaks. The counter tops are fabulous and the company response to questions and issues was sincere and responsive. I would use them again if I had the need to.

Terry came out to layout my kitchen. They helped to design it. They installed brand new cabinets. They also installed new cabinets in our bathroom. They also installed new granite countertops in the kitchen. The quality of work was excellent. Very easy to work with. I am extremely happy with their services.

I worked with Junior on a quote for a customer bathroom cabinet for a countertop I had found a custom cabinet was more than I had expected and I opted to go with a pre-made vanity. They are also giving me a quote for kitchen countertops and I'm continuing to work with Junior there on that.

Our neighbor used I-4, and Jr and Marlin did an excellent job for her. After seeing the results, I decided we should talk to them too. The initial consult sold us on the job - the 2 communicate exceptionally well, and each have the vision to look at a home and see what it could be; something very useful for us in this instance. The design they came up with was great, and now that it's done we're very pleased. The process is about what you'd expect, and most of it went smoothly - when it didn't it generally came back to something unexpected turning up during the demolition. Some of the finish-up dragged on, but it didn't keep us from enjoying the room. I'm very pleased with the look and construction of the maple cabinets. The granite I am less pleased with, but that's my fault for not insisting on 2 quotes from suppliers. if you have the time, go more than one place, it may make you happier in the end. I wouldn't use these granite people. I-4 was very professional, with excellent quality. If I ever had to do this again (and I'd really like to never do so!) I would call Jr right away.
