GUTTER KING

Guttering was damaged by electrical discharge from downed power lines. Gutter King had done the original and were employed to replace the damage. The equipment or the operator were not up to par the day of installation and the gutter was wavy and the flanges would not accept replacement of the leaf shields as had been agreed upon. Lou, personally, re-worked the gutter to my satisfaction. His demeanor and patience with my complaints is to be commended.

Dale the salesman came to give estimate at the scheduled time. Dale was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with advice. Gave option of two ways to hang the gutters, spike or hanger method. Estimate a three to four week lead time to install gutters. Installed gutters within one week. Everyone was professional and courteous.

The gutters are working well. The installation scheduled shortly after I signed the estimate form. The installation process was short as well. All of the contact with Gutter King was by phone or fax. The only face we ever saw was when they came to install the gutters based on someone else's drawing. I would have preferred more face-to-face contact with my sales person. I would have also liked more in writing as to the warranty as well as a follow up phone call.

Contract for gutter replacement rejected - salesman was "too busy" to schedule appointment for discussing and pricing the job when I could meet with him - came (twice) when I stated I would not be home - did his own design and wrote out a contract left on my door. When I finally got through to him on the phone and asked why he was putting guttering where there had never been any, he stated "to bring the price up to the company's minimum."

They were really reasonable. They were real good. I had contacted many other companies and they were the best.

I called for an estimate. The estimator advised on color matching, then explained that they were backed up by approximately six weeks. Almost to the day, installers called and then came out. The workers did a very professional installation and were neat and courteous.

THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE US A ESTIMATE. THEY CAME BACK IN ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO START WORKING. IT TOOK ONE DAY TO INSTALL. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THEY COMPLETED THEIR JOB.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, QUICK AND GOOD. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THERE WAS NO DEBRIS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN. THEY MADE ME HAPPY. SOMETIMES THEY LEAVE ALUMINUM ALL OVER THE PLACE, BUT THEY LEFT NOTHING.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY QUICK ABOUT THEIR WORK. I GOT WHAT I DESERVED FOR MY MONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO NEEDED THE WORK.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK ADEQUATELY. THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE SPOKE ENGLISH WHICH IS RARE. THE JOB WAS FINE. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

THEY WERE JUST AVERAGE. THEY WERE IN TOO MUCH OF A HURRY TO GET ON WITH THE NEXT JOB. THEY DIDN'T TAKE A LONG ENOUGH TIME ON MY HOUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE A LITTLE PRICEY. THEY MATCHED THE DOWNSPOUTS TO THE COLOR OF MY HOUSE. THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN A COUPLE HUNDRED LESS THAN IT WAS.

I DO NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. I CAN TELL IF THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY WALK IN THE DOOR. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS AND WERE GONE.

I'M NOT UNHAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THERE WAS A ONE MONTH WAITING PERIOD, AND THEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THREE DIFFERENT DATES THAT THEY HAD SET. IT ENDED UP BEING TWO MONTHS. THEY DIDN'T CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY WEREN'T GOING TO SHOW UP. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM TO SEE WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO COME.

I KNEW I WAS GOING TO BE ON A WAITING LIST IN LATE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. I UNDERSTOOD, SIGNED A CONTRACT, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT THE SECOND WEEK OF FEBRUARY AND THEY WERE. I THOUGHT PRICING WAS VERY GOOD. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I GOT OTHER ESTIMATES, AND THIS WAS THE BEST FOR WHAT THEY HAD TO OFFER.

IT WAS FINE. WE CALLED THEM, THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND A INSTALL DATE, AND THEY CAME OUT. THEIR WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE. A FRIEND OF MINE WHO WAS A BIG CUSTOMER TOOK CARE OF IT. IF I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT FOR MONTHS, BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO.

IT WAS GOOD. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THEY DID JUST WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. IT WAS NOT A LONG RELATIONSHIP. THEY TOLD ME UP FRONT, AND THEY DID IT WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULD GET TO IT.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I WOULD HAVE LIKED THE PRICE TO BE LOWER. THEY CAME A COUPLE OF WEEKS EARLY, AND WE WERE UNPREPARED. I WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THEM TO HAVE CALLED AHEAD. THE WORK SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN.

THEY ARE THE ONES WHO INSTALLED THE ORIGINAL GUTTERS. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE COMPARED WITH THE PRICE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN. THEY WERE THERE WHEN MY HUSBAND STOPPED THEM AND CAME THE SAME DAY. THEY CAN'T GET ANY MORE PUNCTUAL THAN THAT.

They were prompt and courteous. We have been happy with the results. We have recently, however, discovered a leak due to the excessive amount of water that is diverted there and we are contacting them to fix this problem.

GUTTER KING PRODUCTS WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THEY HAD THE COLOR AND STYLE WE WANTED IN STOCK. THE APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION WAS MADE AND THE INSTALLATION CREW SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED.

THEY PERFORMED THE COMPLETED SERVICE IN AN EXTREMELY TIMELY MANNER. THEIR ESTIMATE FOR THE ENTIRE JOB WAS ACCURATE AND REASONABLE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL JOB.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SALES PERSON CAME TO THE HOUSE. HE MEASURED AND GAVE EST. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE APPROX. 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE GUTTER COULD BE INSTALLED BECAUSE OF BACK UP FROM HURRICANE REPAIRS. BUT THEY GOT THE WORK DONE MUCH SOONER THAN PROMISED.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE GUTTER KING WAS PRETTY GOOD. IT WAS A FAIRLY SIMPLE TASK, BUT IT WAS PERFORMED PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB AND WILL CONSIDER THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
