The price was free because this is where I bought the car. I was happy with their responsiveness. I am going to keep using them.

I wish I had followed my instincts and left.  I love the car, but if you want a Fiat, buy it at Fields.
Test drive was fine, but they were EXTREMELY pushy.  I almost walked out twice, and should have because I feel I didn't get the best deal.
I could only afford the test drive model.  Even though it had less than 150 miles on it, they sold it to me as "used".  I did not realize until we got to the paperwork that this meant the lemon law does not apply.  They made it seem like the only difference was in the kind of financing I could get.  Now I am also not sure that the 30,000 service part of the manufacturer's warranty will apply, I guess I will find out when I go to get my first service.
The manager was really slimy.  I mean SERIOUSLY so.  Kept trying to flatter me and talked all this BS.   He did this thing where he came up with this weird strategy of how I could buy the car and pay for the first 6 months and then refi it to get the payments down to where I really wanted them.  He tried to pressure me into post-dating a $1000 check for a down payment, when I told him the medical reimbursement I was waiting on wasn't approved yet and might be significantly less than that.  When I said I'd just wait until the check came in and hope the car was still here, he told me he wouldn't be able to give it to me at that price.  Which is when I should've walked out anyway, because the car would have more miles on it by then and there's no way anyone would pay more for it.
The slimiest part was when we first sat down to do the paperwork, some of the documents were blank and they wanted me to sign anyhow.  Also, I realized after I finished the paperwork and got in the car that they had misrepresented the mileage on the paperwork.  The paper said there were 6 miles on the car, when there were over 100.
I am really mad at myself for not walking out and going to Fields, or at least calling Fields while I was there to see if they also had a tester I could buy.  I feel that the price I paid was too high and they took advantage of the fact that I didn't know all the right questions to ask about the whole used vs. new thing, as well as the fact that I didn't have a car to drive to work and wanted to buy that day.
Don't even think of buying a car here unless you're an expert negotiator with lots of experience in buying cars, or have a friend with you who can negotiate for you.
The car is a great car, I just wish I'd gone to Fields instead.

They told me I could get service anywhere so I went to my local dealer and said they did not see that information anywhere. The dealership never sent my money into the company that I purchased them from. I have the paperwork and everything, they just won't return any of my calls now. Bottom line I purchased these from the dealership and they won't honor the paperwork. They are just taking money from people. This dealership is bad news, stay away.

I took it to them on 9/9/09. They said it was a crankshaft sensor that had to be replaced. He told me to sit down because there were other things that needed to be done to the car. I only had 23,380 miles on it. He told me that all the work was going to cost 2500.00. He mentioned a long list of things which included 4 new tires. One of the tires I know only had 10,000 miles on it. He also said I needed an alignment, air filter, a front lower arm bushing, a battery cable harness, a rear wheel cylinder was leaking, a transmission service, front brakes, and a tune up as spark plugs were worn out. I told him to only fix the crankshaft sensor. That ended up being 393.50. I found that on the worksheet, they had written my birth date on it which I found odd. On 12/19/09, the same thing happened to my car and it broke down again. This time I took it to another dealership. They called me and told me a camshaft sensor was the problem not the crankshaft sensor. They told me to call Greenway and see what they would do about this repair. I called Greenway and they were not willing to do anything about it. I feel like they were taking advantage of me as a senior and woman and I will never use their services again. Since then, they offered me a $50.00 credit towards a $400.00 bill. I said I wanted the money as I did not want to continue to return back to them for any future services. He still only wanted to give me the credit.

The experience was a complete disaster. I never had such an unpleasant dealing when having a car serviced or repaired. It is unimaginable that they have no customer service skills. When I tried to contact various managers about the problem, they kept referring me to the service adviser who was the problem in the first place. A bit of communication and honesty would have gone a long way.
