Cory is a carpenter by trade and is highly skilled in all things house repair and remodel. We thought we had a vinyl siding issue, but it was a problem with the original window frame construction. Cory was able to fix the root cause of the water damage by taking an outside wall down to the studs and rebuilding it inside and out. I m so glad he was able to complete the full repair with high quality workmanship. He s reliable and is careful to consult with the owner on all decisions.

Cory was very professional and did a great job. Iâ ve already asked him to come back later for a different job. The only problem is that he is a Gator and not a Seminole. ð

Excellent service and craftsmanship! Cory truly impressed us with his work quality, price, and professionalism. We needed our chimney repaired quickly and effectively, and that is exactly what Corey did. The project took him less than a day and a half as well. He truly is professional, respectful, well mannered, punctual and thorough. We will be rehiring him again for future projects for sure.

Cory provided a competitive estimate for the work that needed to be done. He was on time and cleaned up as he went along. I had a small issue and notified Cory. He came the next morning and addressed the issue. I would certainly hire Cory again for any upcoming projects.

Minor repair needed to screenhouse. He was neat, reasonable and quick to serve.

The first thing I want to say is that Corey showed up when he said he was going to show up. Corey arrived on time each time. Corey notice some work that I had done previously that was incorrect and he brought it to my attention. Not only does he do great work he has a sharp eye. Corey has a great personality as well as great work ethics. I am already preparing for him to do a second project for me. I'm very particular how I want the job to look when it's finished, it's the best or nothing. Corey has showed me the best in his work.

Cory was the only contractor to call me back on New Years Day and he quoted a price over the phone based on a cell phone photo I texted to him. He ask me measurements of the area along with the photo. Cory came the next day and started work. He did not ask to be paid until the job was done. It took two days and it cost exactly what he quoted over the phone. His price is fair and he does what he says he will do. If there is something you question or would prefer he do differently he is very accommodating. Thank you Cory - Will hire again.

Corey came back quickly with my estimate, it was fair and i would definitely hire him again. The project was started on time and was finished on time.

Corey was awesome! He was there when he said he would be, did a good job and was very professional and courteous. This was the first time using Home Advisor and it definitely won't be the last. Impressive!

Cory installed hurricane window protection just using my left over lumber and was quick, efficient and resourceful.

Corey is wonderful to work with. He is a very humble guy and he does great work, very polite & through (even though he's a Gator Fan!). I would love to have him do work on my house in the future. My wife loves the deck he built and it is rock solid.

Cory arrived at my home on time his professional mannerism and prompt response made me feel comfortable. I told him what the problem was concerning the siding on the front of the house. He provided an estimate immediately and was at my residence two days later. He took pictures of the project and sent them to me while he was doing the work. Cory was very professional and listened patiently while I explained how I wanted some aluminum fascia placed on the bottom of a shed. He and Dion also built a new ramp that was one board longer than the original to get the slope I requested

Cory (the owner) impressed me from the get-go. We showed up when he said he would, sent an estimate promptly, and offered a great value for the money. He with his assistant Dion built the deck the right way...to last. They exceeded my expectations. Through his awareness of keeping in communication, we avoided any problems along the way. He has gone out of his way to fulfill my wishes ( I'm an artist/designer) so I see everything....and he was gracious enough to take care of my concerns with a smile. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I recommend him highly.
