Drywall Repair

We had some water damage in our house that required s great deal of drywall repair in our family room, laundry room and garage. Liam was very responsive calling me within a few hours of my initial inquiry. He worked around my schedule to come and give us an estimate, which for the amount of time and labor we thought was fair. We set up a date for the repair which Liam said would take a few days to complete. He arrived promptly and began work. By the end of the day, he had replaced all the drywall, and textured the room so it could be painted. Liam came out a few days later and installed teh baseboards and painted the room. Liam is a craftsman. He is extremely detail oriented. The finished project looked better than we could have anticipated. Liam was also very neat, cleaning up as he went. I appreciated his excellent work ethic, as our project was completed in 2 full work days. I would heartily recommend Liam and Central Florida Drywall and Construction. While not inexpensive, the quality of his work was well worth the price for my wife and I. We truly felt that we got what we paid for and then some.

Did a great job fixing the wall and blending the texture on the wall. I can even tell that section of the wall was replaced. A+ work! Extremely professional.

Liam did an excellent job. Very professional, great workmanship, on time and on budget. The job was reasonably complex, drywalls were cut open after water damage, he had to patch, seal, texture and paint. Did it in 2 shifts and walls look as good as new. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. Liam was extremely courteous. He kept at applying the knockdown texture until it met my approval and looked “perfect.” Mind you, patchwork is never 100% unrecognizable but it is pretty close. Liam is a professional and his communication is second to none. I would definitely hire him again without question.

Liam took over a DIY drywall job for us and did an outstanding job! He did all the finishing work (mud, smooth skim coat in main living area and entry, texture in bedrooms and hallway) and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He achieved a smooth, modern look for us in our living room, and the bedrooms have a cool texture that fits perfectly with our mid-century modern home. Would definitely recommend Liam! The experience was positive from the start. Liam promptly answered my questions during the vendor selection process and was by far the easiest to work with. He was consistently on time and always highly professional. The final product was highly satisfactory, and Liam and his team consistently went above and beyond what was asked. For example, I have a pet project, and he gave me advice and assistance in getting started all of which was beyond the scope of work that he charged me for. If that wasn’t enough, and it certainly was, he helped me install my pool cleaner! It turns out that he has a pool business, but I think that even if he didn’t he would do anything he could to assist, he and his team just seem like those kind of guys. I recently purchased a fixer upper so I’ll definitely use his services again, for now I’m so excited that the popcorn is gone!
