Branch Garage Doors

I just bought a home last year and have dealt with many service people since we moved in. I wish everyone was as easy, nice, and passionate about what they are do like our technician Al! He truly loves what he does and took the time to explain to my engineer brain what caused the sprocket failure and how he was going to fix it. We even had some fun banter back and forth while he was working. Truly a pleasure. Also I called on the morning around 11 and had Al there by 1. Even the lady at the office was super nice and was able to quote the exact repair cost over the phone. If Branch every "Branches" out to other services I'll be the first in line!

they originally installed the garage door about 10 years ago and have repaired and also every two years done maintenance. This is a good company with good people and fair prices.

This company is top-notch! After calling around 11am, the technician, Ryan was here working by 3pm...these folks are true professionals...The gal that answered the phone was so courteous...she first asked me a few questions to see if we could solve the problem ourselves! After finding out we couldn't, she quoted the fees for coming out, parts, etc. which were very reasonable...Ryan, the technician was very professional and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had..also gave us some good maintenance tips...he did not try to pressure us into another opener, new wheels, etc...we will certainly use them again and will recommend them to friends!

They got back to us really quickly, right before a holiday. At the house, their attention to detail indicated how much we could trust them. The representative corrected the size of the springs instead of just putting the same size springs on the door. His assessment was that the garage door needed some more strength. Because of this, the garage door is more quiet when opening and closing. He also repaired the connection piece from the track to the door, which we did not realize was about to break. Overall, they were very helpful and we would certainly reach out to them again for any garage repair needs.

Great. Guys was ontime. Didn't mind me asking questions. He quickly repaired the door and did the regular mantenance work on it. I was completely satisfied and would use them again. Price was $85 to come out and the rest was for the part.

He did exactly what he said, the work was done in a timely manner, and the results were fantastic. He performed the work and I was amazed at how well the door opened and closed and how quiet it was after he was done. This review was done several years after the work was performed, and the garage door still works great and is still quiet.

Andrew returned to perform the existing door & opener removal, followed by new door & opener installation. He arrived on time and worked continuously for approximately four hours to complete the installation. He took time to familiarize us with the door and required periodic maintenance. We have been using the door & opener for three weeks without any problems.

I was skeptical of Branch at first because they seemed to want to up-sell their repair to a new opener. However, they were right and I was wrong. After doing a little research and having further garage door problems I realized our opener was under-sized. I asked them to install a new opener. Wow, what a difference! The new opener works flawlessly and is VERY quiet. These guys really know their business. They even programmed the built-in garage door openers in our cars for us. Recently one of our non-Branch garage door openers stopped working correctly. We called Branch for service, but after describing the symptoms over the phone they told us no service call was necessary. All we had to do was unplug the motor for a few minutes and it started working correctly. I highly recommend Branch!

She diagnosed the problem over the phone. She told me to wipe off lens. It was amazing! I was shocked! I will be recommending her to everyone and I will be contacting them again.

Great! I called the company, the receptionist gave me an appt that very same day. the problem was fixed immeditely at a fair price.

Called in this morning at 8:30 and they were here within 3 hours. Service tech was awesome, made a few adjustments and it's working like new. Price was very affordable. Would definitely recommend for repair or if we ever need to replace. Thanks!!!

My son went to go to work and the garage door would only open half way and there was a horrible grinding sound. I called Branch as they installed my door a few years ago. She actually told me she could have someone stop by that day in a few hours, amazing. I rearrange my afternoon so they could come out. The gentlemen arrived early and started to diagnose the problem. He called me out to show me the gears were worn and that was the grinding noise and the metal shavings inside the casing. He told me the part was about $60. I was also informed by the company it was an $80 service call fee so there were no surprises. He had the opener fixed in about 45 minutes and called me out to show me everything he had done. It's not very often that you can get same day service these day!!! This is an awesome company to work with!!

We had our garage door opener units replace in 2012 by Branch. When a spring broke, causing the door not to open this time, Branch was called in the morning. The springs were replaced by lunch time - very responsive. When the office was contacted for service, the person taking the call asked questions to determine the current situation - door down with car stuck in garage? I took this to mean that someone would stop by as soon as possible to help open the door. Very professional and responsive company.

They did a great job! It works perfectly now. It took about 3 hours for them to do the job. Scheduling was easy and they had about a 5 day lead time from the initial call.

It took them 2 hours to fix my system. I called them on Tuesday and they were able to come out the following day.

I had attempted to replace my old garage door opener myself and got stuck and gave up. Branch sent someone out within one day and completed the work, explained how my opener worked all within a short period of time. My garage door had a decent size dent in it and didn't think it could be repaired but it was a simple fix for them. I was very impressed and happy with the work and for good price.

I have used this company in the past with good, professional results. This past time, the repairman came out and told me - before I even described the problem - that my entire door and mechanical system would have to be replaced. I asked him how he knew this without even knowing the issue and he replied that he would not work on the door because of liability, but he could give me an estimate for replacement. I replied no thank you and called another company that came out that evening and replaced the motor (which was the only thing wrong) I asked about replacing the door and this time was told that I could probably get 8 -10 more years out of it. A vastly different solution!

Andrew was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up first thing in the morning the day after I called for appointment. This guy could install an opener in his sleep. Many years of experience and instructed me on all operations. I was also very impressed with the office staff as they were very friendly, accommodating, informative, and reliable. Gives me hope there are businesses that still care about quality, integrity, and their customers. Highly recommend!
