Description of Work: Detailed my husband's SUV. We thought the were going to clean the carpeting as a part of the detailing, and they vacuumed, but did not shampoo it. Disappointed with that, since the cost was about $170.00 and I had given him this as a gift. He has physical limitations and it's hard for him to do these kinds of things himself.
