The technicians, Scott and his assistant, were very knowledgeable and courteous. They did a thorough inspection of my electrical system, provided a list of needed items, including what was optional and required. Scott came back to do the work, which involved a change than initially planned, but ended up saving money. They were terrific.

I found Dean to be very professional and quick. He explained everything to our satisfaction. He came the same day that I called and completed the work immediately. No waiting.

When he first diagnosed the problem he said its definitely the ballast and gave me an estimate of 350/400 to fix all 3. However, I advised him that the front light(which he didn't even look at might be just the bulbs. And he said oh ok, then the estimate would be 149, to fix 1 ballast and put in 2 bulbs and rewire the 3rd but did not replace the ballast. Took him a Very long time because he had to research the schematics for the wiring. I don't know how he figured the pricing if by the hour or the job. But the 2 lights work fine, but he dropped and left the wiring pieces on the floor. All in all, he was ok..

AllStar Service was quality, he went out of way to solve the problem, spent more time then he had to explain to TECO that it was actually their problem! But I would call them out again anytime I had an Electrical problem! Also I would consult HomeAdvisor for any other Home Projects I would need.

Work was perfomred immediately and to my expectations but the cost ws some what high from my point of view.
