I hired All My Sons to move me on 4/3/2020. I know everything is a little crazy right now with the Coronavirus going on. They showed up in gloves and masks. To say I felt at ease is an understatement of the care they took of our belongings and to reassure us they were taking the right steps to be clean and safe.

THEY OVER CHARGED. THE WORK ITSELF WAS GREAT BUT BEING OVER CHARGED WAS NOT.

The actual movers were fine. It was customer service and their boss I did not like.

I was quoted $209 for four men and a truck, and time would start when they got to my home. I gave them a deposit of $100 five days before the move. The day before the move they sent an email with additional charges so I called them and they never called me back. The next day it took 4 hours to move my furniture 2 miles away and the bill was $1800. They charged additional hour for travel $270 gas and $179 to use there blankets to protect the furniture plus tax. Joe xxxx is a liar and the driver said that this happens all the time. This company sucks

Out of the two trucks and four men, only one man was truly experienced and led the others. I felt like I still had to guide the newest man, because he was not sure at times what to do. If you hire two trucks and four men, you should not be the person to direct them. Yes, the move was a little less stressful but not worth the cost.
