Willing to work in muddy mess under house and in rain. Got on the problem as soon as I gave the okay. Even gave a military discount.

I was in such a panic because my garage was about an inch deep in water pouring from my hot water heater. I could not get the water source to turn off, no matter how hard I tried. And I had dozens of boxes with clothes, linens and other perishables just soaking up that water. When CCMP called, the sweet young lady calmed me down with assurances that they would be there as soon as possible. She contacted the service truck in my area and called me back. The truck was headed my way and should be at my house within fifteen minutes. I almost cried with relief, five minutes later when the truck pulled up to my house. I rushed to open the garage door so he could come straight to the problem. With a couple of his tools, he was able to get the water turned off. The Serviceman inspected my water heater and gave me the diagnosis; The little old guy had performed beyond his years. It was time to get a new one. They installed a new water heater and removed the old one from the property. I could not make-up a better service group then CCMP,

The crew was very efficient. They removed the old water heater from my attic and ran new lines to a closet with extra space available. Very reasonably priced.

This was a great experience which seemed a disaster at first with our extremely cold weather. My water main broke during our hard freeze (though probably not related to this as the gray poly was already fractured). I was contacted by this company within 10 minutes of my online inquiry and the job was completed the next day. Alan H. was actually early for my appointment and completed the repair very quickly. I am looking ahead to a re-pipe project for my home and already have a project estimate from CCMP.

They are not willing to back their work up. They don't have professional attitude

I had a hose bib that was leaking badly. The plumber quickly removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one and I was amazed at how quickly the plumber completed the job......like 1/2 an hour. I need to hire again for faucet installation in my kitchen.

They were honest, and efficient.

I plan to use Clay County Master Plumbing again for other issues that do need attention. On time, polite, thorough, and helpful. Who could ask for anything more?

Overall, Rob and Billy (I think) did a great job. When they realized they were going to be late, Rob called and let us know. We had an issue with a big water leak, but they handled it professionally and cleaned everything up. After they left, I noticed small water leaks under two of the sinks. After I determined something was not right, I called the office back and let them know. Rob and Billy promptly came back out and fixed the problem (several screws were not completely tightened up.) The final bill was actually less than what they had quoted even though it was necessary for them to use some parts (angle stops) they had in their van because we purchased the wrong ones. Oh, well, I guess that's why we called a plumber to this job for us! We would definitely use them again.

Great service, had just bought my house when this "high pressure" alarm goes off. Call seller's realtor- it's the holding tank. Told her that nothing on disclosure re: septic, she says- not a septic, it's a holding tank. Of course I've got 5 additional family coming in- shall I tell them not to flush?? CCMP to the rescue- offered 2 options. Cheap option- try to fix grinder in there or replace it. Tried the cheap opt but at least it got us thru the holiday.

The technician came on time and finish the job quickly . I received a much more reasonable price from them then Home Depot .

They charged $125 and did nothing. Said it was the circuit breaker and left.
