Description of Work: The salesman called me back within a few hours, and came out to my house the same day. He estimated my job immediately. The dispatcher called me the next day to give me an install date. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and custom made my gutter right then and there! They were fast, thorough, friendly and professional. The job was beautifully done, and they cleaned the area thoroughly before they left. I have them scheduled to come do another section of my house, and will used them for any future needs.

Description of Work: Tampa had an unexpected amount of rainfall during a bad storm in the spring that flooded our patio, flooding a room in our house. I was tired of holding my breath during bad storms, so I called Designer Gutter to see if they could install a gutter and downspout on the side of the house that floods. They gave us a quote and started work within a week. Two installers arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. The gutters were custom made with special equipment that they brought to our house. The gutter is well made and attractive. I'm extremely happy with the results.

Description of Work: I hired Designer Gutters to replace all the old gutters. The workman came out |started taking off old gutters the wood underneath old gutters was rotten to nonexistent. I could not recommend them.
Description of Work: I had serious communication problems with Tommy Norton Jr. He did not remember our phone conversation when I ask him to install new facia before they installed the New Gutters, after waiting 3 weeks to get the Job started they weren't able to start for another week. They installed the Facia, but not on the gables that I agreed to do after a lengthily discussion with Tommy Jr. Finally they completed the Job. When I inspected the work I found they tore up the ''Drip edge'' In a number of places making the curb appeal of the home really BAD. And also putting holes in the shingles. They installed a new Gutter and Valance on the Lania, It looked beautiful, but you can not open the screen door because it hits the bottom of the new gutter. As of this date 06/11/06 they have not been PAID.

Description of Work: I INTIALLY CONTACTED THIS COMPANY LOOKING FOR A QUOTE ON INSTALLING NEW ALUMINUM GUTTERS FOR MY HOME. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF FOR SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME, BUT ONCE THEY DID, THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND THEN FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES. I SCHEDULED THE WORK ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER, AND GOT EVEN A CHEAPER PRICE ON THE JOB, WHICH WAS LESS THAN THE SEVERAL OTHER QUOTES THAT I RECEIVED. THE TWO MAN CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME, GOT THE JOB DONE IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS, AND CLEANED UP WHEN DONE. HAPPY WITH QUALITY OF WORK AND MATERIALS.
