Said he would inspect and photograph the top of chimney, justifying his original price of $329. Said price might go up if he had to do repairs. Never went to the top of the chimney - relied on photos my neighbor took, didn't check to see if anything was loose. Said he could see everything he needed to see from the pictures. Cleaned only from bottom, not top and bottom. When finished, bumped price up by $80 "because there were so many mud dauber nests". Dropped it by $40 when I protested. Didn't do all the work he said he would, but still increased the price.

He was very knowledgeable and informative about The process and what to expect. He was not pushy. Just made recommendations for what he saw.

Work performed satisfactorily although a little pricey..

Rob didn't bring the correct chimney Cap. He said there were 2 sizes and he brought 2 different styles in the same size. 1 1/2 hours to go back to his shop and get the correct cap. When he finished the chimney he handed me a scribbled bill for $936.00. and started to leave. I asked him about cleaning my dryer vent ( which was in writing and we spoke on the phone about this) and forgot he was supposed to do that. Now he didn't have the parts he needed to clean the dryer vent. To say the least, I am dissatisfied! I am now looking for a reputable company to clean my dryer vent.

Company refuses to give any estimate.Company is unable to do any repairs. It took employee longer to set up than do actuall cleaning. Employee of chimney cleaning services was very nice,explained his inspection in depth. Will not use again, if I can find another company that does this service. Too expensive.

Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process to me in detail. My dryer works perfect now. Wish I had him out sooner! Will definitely use his services again! Thanks Rob!

Nice guy. Seems like a straight arrow. Chimney is all clean now and I know what needs to be done to make it safer.

Rob was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. He was very good at explaining the work that needed to be done. He did an excellent job and was extremely neat for such a messy task. I would recommend him to others.
