Poor follow up. We noticed a change in the sod very shortly after installation. Called (always getting voice mail) but had to plead for someone to call back. Had been promised a visit 2 times, no one showed and no one called. Very disappointed. One pest control person told us we needed to get Majestic in before they would treat our lawn. We hired someone else.

Came out the first time. The second time I called - they made an appt but never showed up nor did they answer their phones or return phone calls.

Guys came out and got it done. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but system is working great since work was completed. Friendly and professional service.

We had to have them come back due to an unforeseen problem; they did come back promptly and remedied the situation.

Did not call Call before you Dig. They cut my phone line; so no phone, tv or internet service for 24 hrs. I also received an estimate for additional work which I approved and they did not contact me to schedule. I contacted them 2wks later and they told they forgot. Not good customer service or communication skills.

They did a good job landscaping along the driveway laying down river rocks and a border;also racking up the pesty oak leaves near the driveway. They trimmed our front bushes extremely well. Good job!
