Very professional, very good at coordinating all activities for a project that has many steps and multiple vendors and layers. Excellent communication and prompt answers.

It can be tough when your trying to find a company to do projects for your home, but we honestly wanted to ensure that we left a review for this company after they installed a paver walkway and created a brick base around our wooden columns. They did an amazing job. Jake and his team are the real deal. He takes the time to listen to your ideas/wants/needs and gives advice on what would work best and give honest feedback on the costs. He does an overall great job. We re happy we went with them, give them a call and see how they can help.

I am a Realtor, they succeeded on short notice where others had failed. There were small hiccups with timing that would have otherwise made this interaction a 5.0. I will continue to use them.

After contacting other contractors to give us bids, Steve was the only one willing to work with us to get us where we wanted to be within our budget. He’s been in the Building business for over 40 years and knows his stuff. In the building process I’ve also learned rain can cause setbacks but the guys get back at it.

The worker came out and installed new glides for the cabinets and they ended up worse then what the were before the work was done.

We asked for a laundry room remodel (new cabinets, sink install, new countertops, lights and paint) and a moderate kitchen remodel (new countertops, sink, cabinet repaint, and 6 extra door fronts to replace glass doors). We just completed the project in mid-February after starting around the end of August. The reason it took so long was poor project management decisions. We are ultimately happy with the final product, but the needless chaos and delays during the project were unacceptable. We're happy with the final outcome mainly because the sub-contractors used did do quality work. The granite/back splash/plumber/electric all did quality work. But the decisions made for the critical cabinet repaint were horrible. We clearly conveyed that we really wanted a premium finish for the cabinets and were assured that he'd hire a real pro to do a great job. What transpired was far from professional. They took the door fronts away to spray, which is the right answer. When they came back the lack of attention to details was profound. Finger prints in wet paint, damage during moving them, clear evidence of touching or moving them while wet, etc. Had we not balked at this poor product, this would have been how we ended up, as Steve offered little quality control throughout the process. The painter tried to come back and fix all the problems and ended up just roller painting all the fronts, which totally ruined the finish. Deeming this unsatisfactory, we said take them and re-spray correctly. We finally got a good product after many months. And then the door issues. Due to a lack of attention to detail, the wrong size doors were made, further delaying everything. The first door maker, apparently not having the right tools to make the proper size, just fudged it with a large piece of wood to cover the fact that the doors were the wrong size. Once again, we had to balk at the quality and eventually we got it right after much pushing. But again, no project oversight. There were other stupid mistakes that caused more time to be devoted to fixing sloppy work than actually doing the work right the first time. Shawn seemed to take over the project near the end and was eager to bring the project to a close. But never did Steve conduct a final walk through or in any way ensure everything was acceptable. Shawn was able to get some cost knocked off our final price, which we greatly appreciated. But overall, I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere. This project was a gigantic headache due to poor project management.

Good cabinet repair person.

Shawn was extremely helpful and got the job done all in one day.

They installed wrong equipment Their tile man changed the approved design on his own and then had to take it down and redo it the correct way. They installed the wrong shower door and it took weeks to get the right door. They often got my remodel confused with other jobs they were working on. They didn?t listen to what I wanted and it took months to get the job done right. They spent more time on other jobs than mine. A small bathroom remodel and it took two months to finish. In stead of getting the right furniture such as vanity and shower door they would work with specified companies instead of smart shopping for the best price. I was promised and paid for top quality but didn?t get it. The trim on the sides and back if the vanity was never completed. This remodel was not professional . I will never use them again.

Shawn was personable, trustworthy, and professional. He repaired a hole in the garage ceiling & I can't tell it was ever damaged. He replaced the rubber edging at the bottom of 2 exterior doors. He made a sand court for corn hole. He revamped the molding around a damaged hose bib. And he installed the top to my mobile work station. All projects done perfectly. Recommend highly!

Patched a hole in the stucco on the outside of our house. They even drove out to get more paint because we didn't have enough. Already hiring for more work around the house. Definitely recommend Shawn.

While the guys were just as nice as can be, there were communication issues. Not calling when they were not going to be there when scheduled was the most frustrating.

Shawn was very personable and professional. It was a real pleasure doing business with him. He completed several jobs in my home from taking down a wall and building a new one ta add space in garage. He also painted my utility room, added a vent and A/C to my utility room, which added square footage to my home. He completed several other jobs as well, all done professionally and quickly.No matter the job requested, Shawn was knowledgable and capable of completing the work. Will definitely be hiring this contractor for future jobs, and highly recommend them for all your handyman needs.

I have been around Contractor's for 30 years and have never been more happy than with Professional Building Group, Stephen Griner. He's professional, knowledgeable about all facets of construction, dependable, trustworthy and does what he says he will do and much more. He has been a tremendous help to us with our renovation. We will absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

These were the best contractor's I have ever dealt with. I needed drywall repair for one roof leak and one air duct leak. I also asked about painting the kitchen, dining, and living room. I was given an estimate for the drywall and the painting and the option of seeing what it would take on the duct work. After seeing the crew at work I added painting the front and back door. On all of this the price was more than fair. The work was excellent. They even made suggestion's to improve the project with no extra cost. I had spent thirty-five years in Quality Assurance and I know Pride In Workmanship when it's there. At the completion of the job we set up a schedule for three more projects over the next few months. I absolutely recommend Professional Building Group, Inc. to handle anything in home improvement or repair.
